Hampton Inn Lubbock

This hotel is so old and run down it should not be a Hampton. Nothing was to standards

Old, worn out furniture, dirty Carowinds, dirty door and entry, it was not clean and fresh abd 3 out of 4 soap dispensers were empty.

Hairs in tub and commode. Frayed carpet.

Staff was very kind and helpful

The entire hotel has deteriorated and shows. Items were rusted and well worn. In poor condition overall

Staff was polite and it felt safe.

Fitness center was a bit small and the hot tub was broken

The staff was awesome. Breakfast and snacks were delicious. Hotel was very close to Air Force academy.

The location was great for me. Room was as expected. I was there to visit people in Lubbock and I just needed a comfy bed for the night. I didn't care for the pillows, but the bed was great.

When I checked in I was told that there would be a $60 charge on my bill for incidentals, but would be refunded if I didn't charge anything. I don't know what I could have charged $60 on - ?chips at the canteen? Terrible way of doing business.

Very friendly staff, found it to be very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast choices are great.

It was reasonably priced. The breakfast was good, had a great variety of food.

Hotel is nice. Looks a little old but still good. Fitted bottom sheets would be more comfortable. Mattress not as comfortable as most comparable hotels. Pool and spa were wonderful but jets don't work. I would stay there again

The lobby was warm on a cold, windy day and smelled so good when we arrived. The beds and pillows were super comfy in room 107. Staff were very friendly. If you are a breakfast person, the bacon and maple sausage slices and variety were great!

There were no negatives! This is a great place to stay. Sign is hidden so turn in front of Cheddars if you are using a slow gps.

As always,the Hampton inns are exceptionally clean from the moment I come on the property till I leave. The parking lot, the entry the breakfast room as well as the spotless room. Enjoyed the Breakfast. It's a pleasure to stay here.

It's cleanliness, and safe-location.

Pool was closed. No in-room housekeeping during our stay.

Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable bed.

I was in Lubbock for a graduation and the hotel was perfect. Extra friendly staff, clean room, and they did offer a breakfast box to go. Check in was easy. Overall we¿re very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.

Not about the hotel itself, but about the next door neighbours. They were loud and annoying at 3 o'clock in the morning. They woke me up with their talking in the hallway.

Location and convenience were well abexpectations.A person unfamiliar with Lubbock Tx may pass it up because its behind some eating establishments, but there are quite a few businesses within walking distance.

What i did not like was we had a service dog in training and this particular place apparently only allow that type of pet. Your website states that pets are allowed on this property but that is erroneous.

Location was great

The hotel was listed as allowing pets, they do not. The clerk was kind enough to let us check in with our small dog.
