I could afford it.

The phone would ring and as I answered it, the person on the other end would hang up. I finally took the headset off the ringer for the remainder of the night.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE will NEVER STAY again! FILTHY rooms, bathrooms smell like urine, shower was so dirty I wouldn''t bathe my dog in it! I showered at family. ICE MACHINES WERE BROKEN!?! And it took 1 Hour to get into a room when I checked in! PAID $

Location was perfect for event.

Housekeeping didn't do a very good job no trash can in restroom? You can't flush everything in toilet. Hair in tub drain.Only 2 towels fir adults and kids?

It was close to Texas Tech University and easy access to many amenities (e.g. Smoothie King, CVS Pharmacy, etc). The beds were very comfortable.

It needs updating/upgrading. It's old, overly used. The furniture needs replacement and repair. The phone on the desk did not work. I informed staff and nothing changed.

Room smelled like black mold. Air conditioner leaked all over the carpet making the smell worse.

My room was very cool, but the kids room wasn't as cold as mine was. The kids were happy about this because they don't like it as cold as my husband and I do.

There isn't a pool.

AC was not working in any of the rooms that they put us Carpet was filthy and worn out supposedly this hotel is no longer an America Best Value franchise that they pulled their franchise from them you need to get this hotel off your website, dangerou

Toilet not clean. Bath tub not clean. Dirty wash cloth hanging on bath rail. Bathroom not mopped. Bedroom not vaccum nor swept by door when you walked in.

Bed bugs were bad left lubbuck a day early to go back home and got treatment for the bed bugs from the motel.

Everything is Filthy dirty.Grouse,bedbugs,bathroom disgusting. I was glad I brought my own sheets & blanket. Someone recommended that in one of the reviews. This hotel is not a 1 star, I would give it a -5 star rating!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Location to city activities. Newly remodeled room (other areas under renovation). Free parking right in front of room door included. Free breakfast included.

Breakfast was lacking protein. Refrig. was warm.

I think this hotel has been there for a while but I guess America's Best had remodeled the rooms. They looked fresh and clean. Good value for the money.

I thought the breakfast could have been better. I do have to say the lady had it ready earlier than the official time so we could make it to the airport on time

Check in was easy, quick and the gentleman at the counter was very personable

Lots of people walking the area. Motel looked a little seedy on first impression it was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. For the price it was perfect and rather roomy.

Location

No irons, no hair dryers, bed sheets no changed...dirty and hair all over them. We bought a blanket and slept on top of the sheets.
