Great staff. Rooms are a good size. AC blows cold which is a plus. Parking lot is small so I don?t have to walk very far to get to the front desk. I?m handicapped and this will be my go-to hotel while in town,

Convenient location off the freeway; comfortable large rooms and quiet.

The staff was nice

The towels smelled really bad, its an old hotel, very dated. The beds are really hard. Definitely not a 3 star. Id say it was a 2 star

Location was excellent, felt safe in the area.

My rooms were not cleaned by house keeping¿s beds not made and towels not replaced. Extremely disappointed in the service at the hotel. Management was notified.

Front desk gentleman was cordial

The room was very un clean, from hand prints on the head board of the bed, hair on the toilet, sticky stuff all over the top of the entertainment center desk area, hair on the chair, microwave was disgusting dirty, ended up leaving and not staying

Generally satisfied with the hotel. Good location, well cared for property and comfortable beds.

I was disappointed that the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. The sink was washed but not the counter(dried toothpaste) and the mirror was splashed. Also used soap was by the sink, not a fresh bar.

The outside of the property was neat and tidy. The room smelled fresh and was very clean! Comfortable bed.

The front staff were totally awesome - friendly and professional. Public areas and rooms were clean and nicely updated.

Outside of hotel was faded and looked tired. It needed a facelift.

Expectations were not met, we had stayed the night before at a Springhill which beyond above the Courtyard stay!

The reception did not even acknowledge us, I handed him my diver¿s license and card and there was no Thank you nor acknowledgement of giving him what was required. No instructions nor was any information provided about our hotel.

Walking distance to restaurants since hotel restaurant was stilled closed due to plandemic. Or scamdemic.

In the description of hotel it talked about there being an ¿inferred complimentary¿ breakfast as well as a bar in the evening. There was no bar and the offered breakfast was more expensive than going to another breakfast place.

We were able to sleep in a bed is the best thing I can say about this place.

The staff have become unbelievably rude, condescending, untrained, and generally uncaring about doing anything resembling providing a tolerable level of hospitality. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past but will never be back.

Check-in and check out was fast.

Very nice, accommodating room, comfortable.

The room leaned enough that dresser drawers came out on their own. Although we were told ahead of time that the elevator was out, we were on the third floor requiring three flights of steps. The toilet overflowed the first night, was quickly fixed.

Pool and room were clean

Loved the room and location. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

I didn’t care for the shampoo/conditioner.

The room was larger than some of newer hotels. The dressing area was excellent, I could use the sink area without lighting up the sleeping area. Staff were very friendly.

I wish all hotels would give guests better coffee condiments. I hate the little packets with 1 creamer. Our GPS had minor issues with the location since there were about 4 hotels usibg same entry.
