Need better pillows

Great location, room layout, and breakfast! Hilton does a great job!

Bathroom floor was dirty and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were both completely empty. The body soap was almost empty. Not able to take a proper shower.

The hotel is clean and has an excellent, friendly and attentive staff.

My vehicle along with 8-9 others was broken into while parked in the hotel lot. We were shocked to learn this was an ongoing problem. The hotel has no security cameras covering the parking lot or facing the exterior entrances.

We liked the kitchen.

The hotel was rated at 3 stars. I¿d say 2 stars. Carpet in the hallway was pulling up I¿m multiple places. The room was clean but very plain. The staff was very nice but not very professional. Would choose somewhere else next time.

Hotel employee is such a wonderful staff member. He dresses well and really cares about us! He was wonderful! Very knowledgeable!

The rooms smell off. The set up is very good however.

The location is perfect!

Our room was double booked and someone walked in our room (they had a key). When I called front desk, they were incredibly rude about it and told me that I was not registered as a guest at the hotel.It was ridiculous.Had to show her our confirmation.

Lights didn¿t work in bathroom. Bedroom TV had one channel. Water pressure in shower so low couldn¿t wash my hair. Stains on couch. Baseboards broken and lying in the floor. Bathroom door all scratched up. Hallway smelled like sewer. A real dump

Worst hotel I¿ve ever seen

location was close to everything. The bed was comfy.

The cooktop had to be gotten from the front desk, along with cooking utensils. breakfast bar was super close together, waffle station takes awhile so you had to wait while people took long time making their waffles.

Location and price and full breakfast offered.

Room 103 had too much noise during the night. The stairwell door kept slamming as people came and went. The boiler room was next to my room, which sounded like an old radiator heating up with a pinging noise in the wall and did that about every half hour.

The gentleman helping serve breakfast was very nice and helpful.

The room and hallways were not as clean as I expected. The pet fee is the highest we have ever paid.

Staff was very quick to try to resolve issues. They were very friendly and helpful! Beds/pillows - very comfortable. Breakfast offerings - good variety/many choices. Great location - close to campus/restaurants.

A/C extremely loud Hot H2O didn¿t work for 2 days. Maintenance tried to fix, but unable. The other two days, the H2O in the shower came out as drips The staff really tried to help us! We couldn¿t change rooms due to hotel being sold out.

The hotel was close to my daughters location. Very fun design. Well run hotel.

Carpet in the halls was showing some heavy use. But the hotel was clean and nice.

Nice, friendly employees

Very loud heater as well as loud above and beside us. Not sure if we were beside/under a work area or if the guests around us were just extremely noisy?

Provided the ability accommodate a family of five comfortably and the staff was excellent!

Coffee could have been better in the lobby.

I loved the size of the room the shower was amazing.

The bed was a little small

Location. I chose it because I was attending a workshop in the meeting room there.

The staff was friendly, but not very competent. When I arrived, they asked for a credit card to *pay for the room* though I'd paid already--in full. Another attendee's reservation was similarly mishandled. I was not impressed at all.

Hotel decided to give another guest my reservation I reserved King Suite with separate living/ bedroom I was forced to stay in a King Studio room which sucked

Great beds and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was both clean and tasty. I could eat reasonably healthy.

Location could have been a little more convenient relative to where I needed to go but still not bad

Very clean, the staff were friendly. Overall I would stay again.

Breakfast wasn't great. We skipped it after looking at selection.

We usually go to the Holiday Inn Express but this hotel far exceeded that! Clean, aethestically pleasing & great continental breakfast will make us switch to this hotel in the future. They did a superb job thinking everything out at this hotel.
