Sheets had crumbs, hairs, and stains on bed sheets and pillow cases. Toilet lid had poop stain leftover on it from prior guest

Easy location and nice staff. Breakfast was good.

We got a double queen room and one of the mattress had red spots like blood spots on it.

The front desk lady that works in the morning is very rude came close to telling her off ,everytime we stay there she gives me and my family a hard time plus we always go there when we are in Lubbock but not anymore with that woman working there

I did not like the morning receptionist she was very rude an would not accommodate my needs Everytime I would speak to her she had rude responses and mind you I stay at this hotel very frequently I was very upset with her attitude

The lady that checked me in was very kind, room was clean. Loved that they provided dove liquid hand soap instead of the yucky bars. Breakfast was good as well.

Only negative was the curtains. DoSome of the hooks were broken so i had to figure out a way to close them completely to keep the sun out

The hot water in the shower was poor at best, the breakfast area was the same as all the other IHG hotels cookie cuter style, food warm at best, the hotel is showing ware,this the second one with a broken hot tub,access to the hotel was a challenge.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and the location was ideal.

The bathrooms only had two bath towels for two guests. There should be a minimum of three towels. In the past the towels were bigger and fluffier. The carpet in the rooms were worn/dated.

The breakfast was good and we appreciated the room size.

The mattress in the pullout sofa was torn and filthy. We were also very disappointed to find the hot tub out of order.

Room was musty and smelled bad; the shower pressure was awful. Everything was old and dingy.

The hotel is safe, very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offers variety and is well prepared. It is conveniently located the University.

The room was decent size

We were there for 5 days - would of loved a different variety for breakfast - did not have potatoes or hash browns. Plus the pool had no towels, had to constantly ask for some. The hot tub was not really working efficiently.

I booked the hotel relatively randomly and it ended up being in a perfect location for the business I had to do while in Lubbock. I go to Lubbock every year and will definitely return to this hotel when I do. Nice high shower head for tall people.

My only complaint, and it is a very minor one, is that the lift on the desk chair was broken. You could raise the chair but as soon as you sat down it quickly returned to the lowest setting. I am 6'3" tall and the lowest setting felt like the floor.

Friendly, helpful staff and clean room. The breakfast was really good as well.

The location was great, but we saw a lot of police presence that was a little unsettling....we have stayed here previously and had not seen that before. Also, the shower faucet was a little strange, but nothing major.
