The room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast and coffee machine

The tv would not pick up the Direct TV signal

The breakfast was good .

There was hole in the walls . The toilet was not completely clean .

Woman who worked the desk didn't care to check us in. No info on where room was,no about breakfast no where the elevator was. Bathroom discussing, also toilet stopped working. No bedding for full out. Someone had a major crap in toilet, pee all over

1. Axle for toilet paper holder was missing. 2. (3) burned-out light bulbs. 3. Broken switches on (2) lamps. 4. Curtain was torn, it had a vertical rip about 4 feet long. 5. There was only one hand towel, but five bath towels. Willful neglect?

The hotel was nothing like the picture. The restroom was for the homeless. The staff wasn¿t to friendly and to much going on on the outside.

The hotel was clean and had an indoor pool, jacuzzi, & small gym which were all kept clean as well. The breakfast was great with a large selection of food choices.

At check-in, we were told we could not stay in the suite we reserved & PAID for due to having a small dog. We were put in a room with 2 queen beds with horrible mattresses. Electrical outlets did not work & went through 2 coffee pots - neither worked!

Price, location, pet friendly

The pet pet fee was steep. I wish we had known the fee before we booked

This was a great place to staff! Friendly staff, super clean rooms, and great continental breakfast!

There was nothing about this hotel I did not like!

breakfast Was okay, and bathroms are very clean

I found a cockroach close to the bathroom, the sof¿ has alot of wird stains on the matress we decide not to use. And the air make so much noise woke me up all night

The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly.

I couldn't get the bathtub faucet to move to bathtub mode. The shower had to be on if you bathed. I like to take a tub bath.

Rooms are very nice. The pool was nice.

We only had hot water in the shower. Had to go to another room to shower. Breakfast was not very good.

The staff was very friendly. The room waa ok. Breakfast was good and the pool was great.

The only thing I have to complain about was not enough pool towels and did see some fustration when I asked for more towels.

The lady that booked my family in was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has some very rude employees. The suite is not really a full suite. It's two queen beds in a room and a pull out sofa side by side. Only one tv and cramped.The pool is heated, but looks at first glance cloudy and green. Extremely hot in area .

Bed sheets were changed seemed clean.

Lobby had a odor (not clean).Coffee pot was dirty & the area it was on was dirty.Ice bin was dusty. Hair on the shower curtain & drain was SLOW found old painted nail in tub.

Room service for cleaning was not done the next day after I moved in. They came over first round before 11.00 am when I was busy and then they never showed up later. I had to go to front desk for fresh towel as they don¿t have enough staff.

The breakfast. They actually had waffles.

It wasn't the best neighborhood. Someone random knocked on my door at 2am. It wasn't very clean. When we got there it smelt of weed.

Very loud at night. Blasting TVs through the thin wall made it impossible to sleep until 4am.

The air conditioning barely works. In west Texas you need air conditioning. I notified the hotel and they said they'd fix it but it never got better.
