The staff upon check-in was amazing! The room size was also great for the 5 of us.

We had several issues but the biggest issue was having a slashed rear tire; this occurred to MULTIPLE vehicles on the property. The property should have night security patrol like the Holiday Inn across the highway. Will never stay here again!

Once you walked in it felt very nice and comfortable. Also we had a good breakfast. The last thing is that it was close to the freeway. We were on a long trip.

The guy who worked at the desk was very nice, the gym was very clean, I love the high ceilings in the room.

A little bit more could be done to jazz upthe surrounding landscaping. It was pretty weedy.

The hotel is located at the crossroads of highway 82 and 84, major roads through LubbockWe were a little concerned about the exposure for theft in the parking lots location- however security walks the lot every 30 mins at night and everything was fine with the vehicles

The location was great and size of the room was great.

The room wasn't really clean. The nightstand had candy or food crumbs. The floor felt kinda sticky.

How clean it was as well as the location and distance to Texas Tech

Easy access from I-27 to Marsha Sharp freeway. Convienentally located near Wal Mart and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of pressure.

There was a half eaten pizza left in the fridge when we got to our room , but the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Very clean, modern facility with friendly staff. I was beyond impressed with the size of the room as it had the two queen beds, a full kitchen with fridge, sink stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Bathroom was big and walk-in shower impressive. Well worth the cost for our stay.

before I paid,eveything is ok,when I try to change the booking 24 hours ahead and cancelled,everyone said we dont know how,maybe call someone else

The room was very clean. Overall it looked well kept.

Honestly, the breakfast was the worst breakfast I have had at a hotel. I had to lower my overall rating because of it. It truly was bad. We all tossed the food and grabbed a banana or apple and left to get food down the road.
