Location. Quiet. Air conditioner!

Bed-Foot higher than the head, made knees, hips and back hurt. Bathroom door would not stay open. No night light in bathroom. Hall carpets stained. In a couple of places it felt like there were holes in the floor under the carpet.

The person at the desk took me to two rooms because the first one was not ‘ready’ (someone dirtied it up) but he made sure my Tv worked and the nice lady in gave me fresh towels. This is not a fancy place to stay but the people were attentive and nice.

A little outdated- I prefer laminate instead of carpet. In their defense, people are pigs.

My mini fridge didn’t work the entire time I stayed I stayed for a week and they never fixed it or gave me a different one

A/C worked, the staff tries their best with limited resources, breakfast

Nasty, blood on sheets, carpet needs replaced, electricity didn't work on 1 wall, toilet didn't flush

Price was good but hotel was so terrible I would rather pay a little more for a much better hotel

Yes, the room smelled like cheap fragrance trying t cover up a bad smell. Will never sty there again.

Dirty, dirty, dirty!! Room was nasty! Some type of nasty on the shower walls, lamps haven't been dusted! Remote missing battery cover, 3rd floor needs new carpet!

Everything about my stay, they had to put us in three different rooms because the rooms were dirty and the last room. The air conditioner did not work and it was 1130 by the time we got back to the room

On Sunday morning, breakfast was excellent thank you for the cook

The only thing I didn?t like bulbs were not working in the restroom and I requested from housekeeper or maintenance to be replaced and NEVER was replaced

Stayed 3 nights. Room was not cleaned, no clean towels were brought, a/c was working correctly. Arrived on Fridayand noticed that the light bulb in the entry needed to be replaced. This was reported twice and still not replaced on Monday at check-out.

Room was dirty. Bedding was stained. I know for a FACT room wasn¿t cleaned because trash from previous people was still in the room. We wanted to get ice and there were goggles in the ice bucket from the previous people. Tv wasn¿t working. Stains on couch

Carpet stained. Pull out couch mattress was stained and not usable. Breakfast was average with plenty of food.

Very quiet clean and the breakfast was very good the staff was very friendly also

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great. Hot breakfast was more than I expected.

The hotel is worn: carpets, molding, broken dryer, etc.

The breakfast was good.

The room was disgusting: the toilet seat was broken, there were large stains on my carpet, there were cracks/holes in the ceiling. Other guests were loud and even violent and the staff did not correct it. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The Christmas decorations were nice.

The bed was among the worst we¿ve ever slept on. It was incredibly hard, so we both slept very poorly. Had we not brought extra bedding to cushion ourselves we would have I wouldn¿t have slept a bit. The bed is kind of the bottom line.

The staff was wonderful and efficient.

Only one extremely slow elevator. Found it quicker to take the stairs. The exhaust vent in bathroom did not work causing mirrors to fog. Breakfast was so so.
