Embassy Suites by Hilton Lubbock

The staff and complimentary breakfast were great, as usual.

I thought the bar was a little overpriced. I had an Old Fashioned, my wife had a glass of Pino Grisio, the tab was a little over $28. I won’t do that again!

NOTHING!!!!!!

EVERYTHING!! 1- was not the correct room period! Requested 1st floor, put on 2nd floor 2- Requested Handicap, put in “TUB ACCESSIBLE” what a joke 3- In checking the grab bars around the tube area the bottom bar rotted out of wall, totally ridiculous!!

The room was not clean carpet was sticky and nasty. The sheets were not clean and towels smelled horrible. Had no sleep what so ever. The ac didn’t cool the room. Went to Lubbock for surgery. Not good at all.

This hotel is a very good value for the price. However, being an older hotel there are little things, such as room darkening curtains that don’t close all the way an older showerheads. Also, sometimes the temperature of the water is inconsistent.

First room was not clean bed unmade 2nd room was dirty. Had not been swept in days. Ask desk clerk to have housekeeping to sweep did not happen.

The pool water and the water thruought hotel smelt like dirty feet. The room had wall paper coming off and carpet that was ancient. Needs to be updated badly.

Reported people or dogs above me all hours of the nite.. no sleep for two nites. Maint. problem in my bathroom.. took numerous reports to front desk and over 8 hours later to attempt to fix it.

Check in time was 4 . And the room was not ready till 5:30, otherwise we love it

Very relaxing atmosphere! Great breakfast! Didn?t like the early breakfast closing. Appears they want customers out on early checkout. Still like staying there.

Room 146 - Wallpaper pealing off room. Shower head not working properly. Fridge not cooling. Lost two dozen tamales. Enjoy going there to be able to sleep and get up to eat their go breakfast. The breakfast is over at 9am. Wish it was till 10.

Our first day was a disaster heat in the room did not work. One of the TVs did not work and then the card reader on the outside of the door decided not to work our second day we were locked out of our room for about four hours. it was not a pleasant stay

No Went to Lubbock for Dr appts so type of trip is hard to answer.

Gave us room with water leak, so carpet was wet. Moved us to a room that the AC did not work.

The AC filters were disgusting, full of dirt. AC wasn't cooling until we took it out. Lobby was hot to in the bar area. Told management about a filters nothing was done.Rooms we're not a Hilton standard of clean. I've stayed at cleaner days inn.

Service,the room not being ready at 6:30p,being lied to at the front desk about the reason, the manager not returning my phone call right away. The room had no towels.

Indoor pool and all the water features

There is nothing in the room that guides you on how to access the internet or room service. Felt more like a motel in that aspect. And the room keys barely worked and the door into the pool didn?t work with room keys either.
