Comfort of bed and cleanliness of room

Self-parking fee wasn’t conveyed until check in. Didn’t seem like all the fees and costs were transparent.

I've had more comfortable beds

Tray outside door when we arrived at around 2:30. Still there next morning Mirror light was out on right side. I went down and told front desk Nothing happened nor did they tell us they couldn’t fix it. Mirror frame had toothpaste spit on it.

the hotel is new and room is spacious and bed is comfortable.

the rooms are not properly insulated. the guests next-door was talking it was very uncomfortable.3 phone calls were made. the 3rd night when we get back to our room bed wasn't made and garbage was still in the room. it was unreal

The location is good. The bar in the hotel was a plus.

Bath tub was rusted. The desktop was sticky and felt dirty. The staff at the front desk was not helpful when trying to change the room from 2 queens to a king bed since the hotel was not booked through them.

Pool water was dirty and smelled like chlorine.

Glasses in the room instead of plastic cups, staff was prompt to fulfill any requests, and the food was excellent. Live music in the lounge was an unexpected treat. The bartenders were great.

In room 1422, Toilet leaked. Poor quality shower head. Broken mini refrigerator.

Coffee maker didn¿t work. Pillows are not comfortable at all, too small

Great service. Flight landed 230am. No taxis or Uber hotel sent shuttle. Desk staff walked room service order to kitchen to get it to us on time and get us to our appointment.

Close proximity to Texas tech

Bed was uncomfortable. Had a bad night sleep. Tiny throw pillows for bed pillows not a good idea. We are scheduled to stay there again in June with another family, however we will probably stay somewhere else and cancel.

AC never really got cool. Asked housekeeping for help and they were sending maintenance. It never got fixed during our stay.

Upon entering our room 1212, we were overwhelmed with the smell of urine and noticed it was not the updated room as advertised. Went downstairs and asked for an updated room that didn't smell. Put in 1208 and it was the same except no urin

It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff went over and beyond. The perfect place to stay nestled right in the heart of Texas Tech.

Its the only 4-star in Lubbock. Excellent place. They have brunch, a nice cocktail/bar area, & very nice lobby. Its so close to TTU.

The hotel restaurant was little over priced. Sink was stopped up in bathroom. Bell hops didn't come in a timely manner. However, I would stay again.

It is not a 4star motel. Dated rooms and old mattresses.

Great location, very beautiful hotel building and campus.

Very ordinary room inside. No breakfast.

Nicest hotel in area. Great location.

The pool was small and underwhelming and there was no hbo.
