Spacious

TVs in room did not work and staff did not make any effort to fix, trash behind furniture, no sink pressure in kitchen area, complimentary shampoo was empty in shower, took over an hour and 2 phone calls for staff to bring bedding for pullout

Breakfast was great and the hostess was great.

AC not working and they could not get it fixed. Moved us the last night to a room that clearly had not been cleaned. Items left behind from others and towel left in bathroom.

Clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, nice outdoor pool

Service on television not functioning and staff knowingly that room had issues with Direct TV .and continue to allow customers to stay in room.

The 2 maintenance staff willingness to provide great hotel experience on arrival at the property. They went above and beyond to look for a cleaned room for us to stay and were helpful with our luggage bag. Liked their breakfast buffet,internet and parking

Lack of communication about cleaning the room and lies from housekeeper and a staff that the room will be cleaned but it was never cleaned.

It was close to the shopping we were doing

wet towels on the floor of the kitchenette when we walked in, a hair on my pillow, air vent was caked with lint and dust, the shower didn¿t get hot or drain, the loud highway noise, and the breakfast was messy and gross. And it wasn¿t all inclusive

Beds not made, phone did not work, went to front desk, they called maid service who then came and left without making bed, we had to make one queen, did not have clean sheets to make second. Disappointing. We did like hotel otherwise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed all interactions I had with them.

You can put lip stick on a pig but it is still a pig. I did not expect to find bath tubs with multiple colors of paint peeling off of them. All chrome was rusted, toilet had stains and while we were gone flooded are room. Not enough characters to write!

the outside noise, you could hear the traffic on the freeway and if someone started their car in the parking lot. New construction was also done but there was some places like in the restroom that the craftsmanship was poor

The couch had holes in it. The bed was hard The pool was out of order and there was no hot tub as was described in the ad. I was overcharged by 72.25.

The staff was very friendly and tried to do what they could to accommodate us. Covid policies kept them from changing towels and linens over an extended stay.

The bedding is not correct for a king bed. Sheets that did not fit the mattress. A comforter on the bed appeared to be a mattress pad with a dust ruffle. We were told it was a comforter. We were there from Tuesday till Saturday and no linen service.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice breakfast.

Pool closed, 2 ice machines broken, no hand towels and no regular coffee in room.

COMFORTABLE ROOM

Horrible Customer service. The manager charged my card for allegedly spilling syrup on the bed. The charge was without my permission and without consulting me. I did not eat syrup nor did I SPILL ANYTHING! Complete ripoff.

The lobby was nice

Much easier to list what was liked. Room was dirty, breakfast was nil at 8:30 am. Too many wrongs to list in 255 characters

Large rooms, arrangement of room.

Coffee maker did not work, room was extremely cold when arrived... thermostat set on 66. Turned on heater and smelled horrible had to turn off. Just left air off and eventually warmed up.

The amenities were fantastic

The hotel is a little out dated but that didn't bother us. It needs minor repairs like fixed door knobs or curtain pulls that don't fall down.

This was a great hotel. The suite was a great deal for the price. The pull out sofa bed was comfortable.

The room needed to be stocked for more than 2 people. There were only two towels in the room.

Close to mall and other business's I needed to go to

I had to redo my keys 4 times in two days
