Easy drive to Texas Tech. Quiet area. Comfortable bed. Bath towels were good.

Access to the entrance of the location was a bit tricky. The bathroom counter was wobbly.

I do not appreciate being scammed for $50. Charged my card twice. Stated would refund and failed to do so.

The faucet kept leaking and drain had rust on it from the leaking faucet

I've stayed here periodically, through name changes, and this was the best stay of all. The room was very clean, the towels were good, and the bed was firm. It's a rundown looking property, but it's a great value, and it's not a corridor motel.

It was clean

No hot water, contacted management they were aware of the problem and still put me in the room. Did not offer any compensation. Still have not received my incidental deposit back

Room was clean and I got clean towels each day. Wi-Fi was good.

The air quality was bad. I could feel it my throat and nose right away. The bed cover was dirty/stained. Room needed a paint job. Tv didn?t work. No shower gel. Food ran out at breakfast and no one was monitoring.

Not clean when we arrived. Nasty fridge and pee on the toilet seat.

Nice and quiet area and very convenient to grocery store.

Front desk agents not very helpful on requests. No toilet paper when asked and did not try to get from storage or other area.

Continental breakfast left a lot to be desired .. dont bother coming in after 7, theres no food left! Traveling with a group of 12¿ no pancake batter, no syrup, no millk, 4 sausage fingers, no gravy. The list went on. Items were slowly brought over 45 m

Not one thing

The hotel has a deposit which isn¿t disclosed at the time of booking. They refused to give me a refund due to the fact that I didn¿t have the deposit, so they kept my money! The front desk person was extremely rude. I¿m living out of the hotel right now

Clean nice room. comfortable bed. Much better than expected and nicer than some hotels at twice the price.

Hotel is a little worn, but a great bargain for the price.

this facility was very clean and in great condition I was concerned about this when I booked this weekend stay but was very well pleased and would recommend it to anyone. Good csble TV and WIFI was very good

no where to eat anywhere close but everything you need from 10-15 minutes away

The pool has not worked for a long time. Laundry did not work. Key card system didn¿t work well.

Good size room for the price and the environment was nice and quiet.

2 complaints first is the fact that online they have amenities listed wich are not true. There is no access to a washer or dryer facility. Second thing is that it also has listed under the amenities a pool but it's always out of commission.

Easy to get to, nice staff.

There were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom.

I asked for nonsmoking but the room stank like cigarettes. According to front desk said its nonsmoking. All they did was sprayed some spray thing on the floor and the freshener smelled like raid. Ice machine did not work... breakfast could've been better
