Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Lubbock University

Clean and location. Breakfast was great for the price

Pool was closed and dirty. Also fleas on outside furniture couldn?t enjoy watching tv there or enjoy an adult beverage

was easy to locate close to Texas Tech, good breakfast

had problem with noise of people having a party in the pool loud music and yelling right outside our window - did stop at 10 PM

beds are good, spatial.

The window curtain is not functioning. the hotel is close to high way, quite engine noise coming to the room even we are in fifth floor. I am not sure why this hotel has so high rating, definitely not deserve it.

Very nice rooms. Gated hotel. Nice big tv. Quiet.

I

The location.

I do not like that the hotel is pet friendly and the staff doesn?t control the atmosphere. There was a dog barking in our hallway throughout the whole trip.

Lady who prepared /served breakfast was excellent. She always had it ready a little early, was cheerful and checked with us to make sure everything was ok.

Staff was very accommodating to my early arrival and when I asked for a late check out, which was a big help. Breakfast was good. Lately, I¿ve noticed the eggs at hotels have a spongy texture and lack in taste. This place uses real eggs in their recipes

The shampoo bottle, which is attached to the shower wall was empty, so that means it has been neglected for a long time. No coffee creamer in my room and 1 of my packets was already open(cleaning staff over site) Bathroom door is heavy and hard to close

The staff was friendly

My oxygen concentrator kept pulling in dirty air so I am assuming our room wasn't as clean as it appeared.pur car got broken into

Clean well maintained and friendly staff

I have found the best hotel for me and my dogs to stay at when we need a home away from home.

No real area for pets to potty and no poop baggie stations available for those pet parents that forget to bring a poop bag to clean up after their dogs¿

Clean, great customer service, comfortable beds - we had stayed (miserably) at a different hotel the prior two nights and this was worth the hotel switch over! Great fitness room - enjoyed the breakfast. Will go back there when in Lubbock this summer!

It is right on the highway, but many hotels are that are near tech. Noise from highway was less noticeable at Hamptom than the first hotel we were at - so a plus!

Room was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The location was great since we were spending most of our time at Texas tech

Close to campus and restaurants.

Very clean with comfortable beds.
