Our room was very spacious with a unique floor plan that made it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. Huge bathroom with a huge shower, and it was very clean. We would love to stay here again.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, friendly staff and great location. Has a bar and food as well.

The location across from the stadium was terrific. The decorations in the lobby was also fantastic.

The room TVs in the hotel did not get any stations during our two day stay. The staff explained it was a problem with an antenna.

The room wasn't very clean, but not so bad that for a one night stay that we would ask to move rooms. Paying for parking in a lot with tons of signs stating"park at your own risk," "take all your stuff out", and "we are not liable for damages" leaves an odd taste in the mouth. I get that the hotel can't control crime, but charging for parking here is odd, especially if the lot is so high risk and the hotel is so keen to emphasize that you are on your own. Is space really at that much of a premium in the big old city of Lubbock that you need to charge for parking?

The hotel is amazing, close to TTU and many restaurants. I am the mother of a son studying at TTU, so for me the location was wonderful.

The property is in a great, central location for anything you want to do in Lubbock. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4 to stay comfortably. The staff was so kind and very helpful. We left my daughter’s in our room, and staff called the day we checked out to let us know and asked us to send them a shipping label, which we thought was so nice.

The only downside was that they only had one person on staff the night of our stay, and it was pretty packed due to an event. We had no issues, but I did feel bad for how hard she was having to work to keep up. She managed it all with the sweetest smile though!
