Staybridge Suites Lubbock By IHG

Friendly staff and right across TTU where my daughter will attend :)

The toilet in this bathroom has a permanent stain that looks like blood, water from shower splatters all over the ground, tv doesn’t work properly even though instructions were followed.

The convenience to the college

Water Pressure, nobody at breakfast but every table was dirty while staff was on their phone

Convenient, reasonable price, breakfast options, linens

All the rooms smell just a little bit smoky.

Clean, room amenities, decent breakfast options

Although it's a non-smoking hotel, our room reeked of cigarette smoke, to the point it was difficult to sleep.

Staff was nice

Run down hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, my back still hurts 3 days later. Room was dirty, carpet was damp, toilet not cleaned.

Location

The staff's poor attitude and the manager failing to contact me regarding my displeasures of my stay when I requested her to do so

The staff, especially Hotel employee was friendly and helpful. Love the little kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I came to this location because it was close to Texas Tech Arena for a concert and the location was great!

location close to medical and across the street from the university. and it was extended stay full size ref. living room

the desk clerk had the personality of a fence post. not friendly at all and even somewhat rude. the only staff we had contact with way the breakfast cook and he was nice and helpful. for me she was not a deal breaker but was not impressed with he

Location

Restroom not working was told we were going to get assigned another room took over and hour and no room, had to be relocated to another hotel across town south to be exact. Staff members have excellent customer service over and beyond.

This hotel is located right across the street from Texas Tech.

They hotel mishandled the room assignments gave away my room after I had already checked in and removed my bag from the room. I ended up with another room but very upset

It was not at all what I expected. Foul odor, no shower curtain, seemed as though it had not been cleaned properly

The location is super close to Texas Tech-right across the street. The rooms are large and have a sofa and kitchen, which are very helpful.

This hotel needs a massive deep clean. The first room we were placed in had not even been cleaned and we saw other people¿s filth, then the second room had a dirty towel in the closet, the frig door was sticky and gross, a trash was still full, etc.

Great location for what we needed. All of the staff members that we talked to were very nice. Breakfast was good and got us start it for the day.

The bathroom floor was not clean.

Hotel was worn out and needing updating. Breakfast was not very good, bed was soft, walls needed painting, tub was old and worn.

Location, kitchen, living room set up, very friendly staff. Young man who checked us in was WONDERFUL! Good breakfast. Nice pillows

Neither tv worked. Next day very nice maintenance man fixed. Back 2 room later, worked for an hour & stopped again. cable box on fritz. Not a happy camper. Foldout bed ridiculous uncomfortable. Fan in BR LOUD. Ladder left in room. Banged up tub.

Close to campus and overall an ok stay

I called two days prior to arrival to inquire about the pool. I was very disappointed that despite being told the pool was open, it in fact was disgusting and not open at all

Dirty, bathtub leaked, and parking charges

There was hair on the soap Holder area upon arriving. Informed staff they left a note saying the cleaned it but the same long hairs hair were still there. Also found long hair under the cover.

Room cleanliness

Large, clean rooms

Extremely noisy in-room AC unit

Room was very spacious, had an excellent breakfast.

The bathroom was a little outdated and not up to my standards, but overall it was a great place!
