Pool, staff, rooms, breakfast. Locatiin. All superb

Location is right next to MD Anderson hospital in League City

They charged me $2.00 for a bottle of water. Another employee later told me they should be free to guests.

Window was busted out Saturday night staff said they couldn?t do anything about it but they could look at the cameras when the manager got back in. Tuesday

Hotel would not refund for stay that couldn't be completed due to hurricane.

It was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful and the location could not get any better for what we were doing

The hotel was very nice, clean and friendly staff.

No fault of the hotel, but who ever was staying above us sounded like a heard of elephants running around until very late and woke up extremely early. Aside from that, the experience was good.

The location,beautiful bldg, room, and excellent breakfast will prompt me to return to the Hampton Inn for my next visit!!!!

Polite and helpful staff, clean and in a nice area. The beds were also comfortable.

Bug in the room that looked like a cockroach but thankfully was not., it was some kind of silver bug. The bed and pillows were awful.

Hotel in general was similar to others. Linens were good, towels not hard from over drying. Everything we used was in good working condition. If you like a rock hard matteess; then this is the perfect place to stay.

only problem I had was a noisy a/c unit, it chattered when the compressor was running. I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out.

The employees working at the hotel were good and trying their best, with the exception of a new employee working at the front desk, who was problematic in every way.

Things were broken in room, not enough help to fix them when asked, the evening front desk person could not locate reservations and charged us for another room, caused an argument when asked for towels/wash clothes since no room service on Thanksgiving.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.

They used a damp cloth that probably had been overused to wipe the bathroom down and there was a lingering damp smell when we checked in.

Very clean and the service was exceptional. The breakfast was very good as well.

Staff and front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was excellent.
