Best Western Lamesa Inn & Suites

The Breakfast was great, and so were the kind staff.

I wish the pool was working.

Best Western Lamesa is well=staffed and maintained; the rooms are very comfortable and clean! My breakfast sandwich was super, and hotel staff members were friendly and helpful!

There is a bit of traffic noise at night, but the hotel is conveniently located near fast-food restaurants. The pool hours should be extended.

They wouldn¿t even let me check in the room! I slept in my car!!!!! You can see and call I never had the chance to get the room, sign papers, anything

The room was fairly well appointed and clean, due to the room staff, who were the best part of my stay. Other than that, it was only worth half of the $-- I paid.

Advertised on your site: Indoor pool.....Nope...closed for and undetermined reason. Full breakfast buffet....Nope.. but, if you ordered ahead they'd hook you up with a breakfast sandwich. That, and more. In fact, I'd like a refun Lou Sieber

Most of the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The housekeeping was the worst not one single time was my room cleaned they didn't even bother to i had to go to reception for clean towels it was the worst.

The staff were great. Friendly, professional and accommodating. It was a pleasure working with hotel employee to confirm room reservations and requests and hotel employee at the front desk is a jewel. Nice hotel for a town the size of Lamesa.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, and well maintained grounds. Great hotel experience in and of itself made even better by its economical price. Only 45 minutes from Midland, but a world away from the $---+/night hotels there.

Very new Check out at 12:00

The breakfast was horrible (watery pancake batter, Rick hard biscuits, bacon was disgusting). The hot tub wasn't currently working.

Good location to casinos.

Wasn't as nice as expected, kind of dated, dirty and worn. Front desk agent was very slow and seemed out of it. Hotel not very safe/secure.

Clean and breakfast was good.

The coffee.Who ever made it didn't clean the coffee pot or dind't put the filter right.

Location

The rude answer from desk when we call from the room to require something.

Clean, staff friendly

The staff was very very courteous

Nothing at all

It was a great place to stay the only downfall I was the hard-ass toilet paper for the price of the hotel

I can't say enough about how hard the toilet paper was if you going to have a nice hotel please have nice commodities

It has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

Me and my family had a great experience we will stay their again

I like everything

There was nothing not to like

I loved everything on my stay

Nothing ur was good

My Driver and Crewman enjoyed their stay here... would definitely stay here again
