Days Inn by Wyndham Kemah

My reservation was canceled on the day I made it yet I was charged anyway

Our AC was not working and staff would not allow us to switch rooms or give us any credit towards payment

It was dirty. Stains on the bedspread. Smelled of must. I didn't even stay. I checked in and checked right back out. I didn't feel safe there.

The room we reserved did not have a working tv we had several issues getting it to work then kept shutting off. We requested a new room. Instead of giving us another king bed he put us in two queens. We did not have the experience we wanted.

It was a good location, And the room was very clean

Disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working, Not much to choose from their breakfast in the morning.

The location

I paid for a King room, but was given a double bed room. The TV remote was not working so I had to go get one from the front desk. There wasn't anything to drink at breakfast but cranberry juice. There were not any muffins except for chocolate chip.

Pool and hot tub not heated. Thin walls. Was up all night from people being loud next to us. Only muffins and cereal for breakfast no juice or waffles. Wouldn¿t stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional

It was about 10 miles away of the area I wanted to be in

The location was good for a short trip down to the Kemah Boardwalk and we liked the Mexican restaurant next door. The hotel itself was dirty and poorly maintained - tears in furniture, sparse furnishings, broken lights, etc. Would not stay again.

We paid a lot to get a large suite so everyone had a bed, but the pull-out couch mattress was old and disgusting with lots of stains and no sheets or blankets provided. When we asked about it at the front desk, they weren't surprised and offered nothing.

I like the look or the room and the location or hotel easy to get back too

That there was only one wash cloth in the room

Location!!' One lane highway to get to location. It took 30 minutes to drive less than half a mile. Construction has been going on over two years according to staff. Coming from opposite direction took even longer . Elevator did not work.

It was relatively close to most of the tourist spots.

One of the employees was sarcastic, rude, and generally unhelpful. He had his daughter with him at work and she would try to leave with most of the people staying there. He bragged about CPS being notified about him multiple times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had so much space, perfect for a week's vacation. Too bad I was staying only one night.

Television had no apps so viewing choices were limited.

It was average there was a new girl training when I arrived and the gentleman training her wasn't very nice to her

Room needed refreshed, lamp shades falling apart, security latch inside door broke/missing, no safe. No do not disturb notification for door knob.

The staff was nice and helpful.
