Courtyard by Marriott Houston Kemah

Very clean, great customer service, excellent location

Not a big deal but worth mention for travelers who have insomnia ¿ there is a motion activated light right outside of the bathroom that I was not a fan of. It stays on way too long before it shuts off.

The bed and pillows were horrible. No breakfast. We got a glass of wine at their bar and paid a ridiculous amount for wine that had been resealed and tasted so bad we threw it away. Pool was small, outdoors in 100 degree weather .

Rooms were nice and bed was comfortable.

The elevators were so slow! Also the bar/kitchen area needs at least one more person at the counter. The poor lady was doing it all from making the Starbucks coffee to taking order, making orders, delivering food! I¿m sure over worked and under paid!

Close to Kemah Boardwlk, restaurants and Galveston.

Quiet, clean, good location, good service, comfortable room.

Skimping on the linens, and in this particular room - where to hang up the few towels I have to air-dry, cause throwing them on the floor isn't an option because there are so few. Also - get a shower curtain that does not have a gap above the shower-sill

A norther blew in which is exactly what the weather man had been saying so it was rainy & cold !! We had NO HEAT !!!!¿ & the hot water in the shower didn¿t want to work so we were disappointed in our stay this time

the water in the shower was not strong.It doesn't warm up the way it s supposed to be.The water flow is very weak and minimal.

Customer service was friendly and fast, the hotel was modern looking and clean, the hall and room were kept up well and the location was perfect.

The first room we got was not cleaned and it was a mess, but the upgrade was great!

So close to the boardwalk! Clean too!

Pool water was murky. It does not seem to have been serviced in a while

It was close to the boardwalk but it really didn¿t matter because the boardwalk is closed.

Yes the price was over $--- higher than normal, the coffee maker did not work in the room, there was no access to the bar pool business center for breakfast. Yet I paid $--- for this room. I need a refund proportionate to the lack of services.

Room was very and staff was very friendly.

Hotel is being remodeled and we weren¿t aware until arrival. Although it wasn¿t a major issue, it would have been nice knowing that prior to booking and or arrival.

Staff on Saturday was extremely rude at front desk. The lady had horrible attitude and bad language.

It had a walk in shower.

Sink water barely ran. Toilet seat needs to be replaced with a soft closing seat and lid.

Except for coming home to a weird smell in our restroom Thursday evening everything was great.

Location, location, location! Also loved the fact that we just had to drive to the back of the building to get breakfast prior to leaving Kemah. The food was very good with ample portions. Will certainly be back to stay at this hotel!

Parking is absolutely terrible. Bed are so hard might as well slept on the floor. No complimentary breakfast. $11.95 a person.
