Staff and cleanliness and spaciousness of room

Guests smoking in surrounding rooms Dog waste all over parking lot and people smoking pot outside of hotel doorways

My room had a nice bed, a kitchen and a refrigerator, a microwave, a desk with 2 chairs, and hotel has a nice laundry room and nice exercise room

I wish the TV had streaming app or Bluetooth capability

NOTHING!! the hotel is dirty, bug infested, smells terrible, bathroom was appalling! Toilet seat was stained so bad it looked 100 years old..yellow,,tub had tons of hair in it. Mold..the most horrifying hotel EVER!

In addition to what I said above; BUGS!!! COCKROACH, fleas and the bed had bugs. Carpet smelled nasty and sticky...everything was wrong and NOTHING WAS GOOD. I CHECK OUT 1 HOUR AFTER CHECKING IN!

Close to the school. Seems safe also

Room nice, well appointed and comfortable enough. Bath and kitchen good (although did not include dishes or cutlery). Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. But manager did not care when we had an issue with dirty sheets and rotten smell. Tv tiny.

Bottom of dishwasher full of rotten water. When stripping bed to leave learned the sheets were filthy. Hair, dirt, brown/black chunks, sweat/urine stains on flat and fitted sheets. Glad I slept atop cover with own blanket. Hotel unapologetic. Stay ruined.

It was right off the interstate 10. Which was nice...

The gm on duty gave me and my family attitude. She was speaking with staff instead of attending me from my long journey there..she advised us not to look for breakfast as there was none. And was told for extra towels and no room service!!!

I like everything about this hotel, staff was friendly, hotel was clean and rooms were great. I highly recommend!!

Staff was friendly, no rudeness and the room has stove and regular size fridge for family or if staying long.

Room wasn't ready, they only have one lady working rooms. Over all 1-10, I'd give it a 5.

Well I didn't like the fact when I walked in the door almost got mauled by a pit bull dog that was not on the leash and was so uncomfortable I didn't even stay the second night and I had booked for two nights and they have no refund policy so I had to pay

No breakfast provided. At least yogurt or something parceled to grab and go in the morning like other places do.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always met with a smile. The room was very clean.

Front office staff tried very hard to help.

There were no rooms with two beds when we got there, even though that¿s what I reserved. The TV in the room did not work and had to be replaced the next day.

Only thing was it was the perfect location for the trip.

The room was not clean, it had a ton of roaches. No coffee maker, TV was not working on the first night, called in to the front desk and they said they were opening a maintenance call. It took until the third day evening to get fixed. Of course there was.

Beds very uncomfortable, first room given to us was dirty bed was unmade etc, I would never stay at another extended stay America, just bad

rudeness of staff. we were required to dispose of our own trash to avoid additional fees, they require a min 7 day stay to provide any type of maid service.
