The location was perfect for Typhoon Texas.

We have stayed in the past and bar opened sooner with a weekend happy hour and the pillows were better than they were at this stay.

B/ fast was monotonous, but our suggestion for a variety of daily options was well taken and implemented. Thank you for the omelet option.

Breakfast was okay, but not great

This hotel was wonderful. I loved it it was very clean it?s near a lot of stores and restaurants it very inconvenient if you don?t want to drive everywhere. The staff is very friendly loved that it?s pet friendly that was my favorite part. LOVE IT

The accommodation breakfast need to change up the menu. That the only downfall that they serve same this thing. Change it up

Good location. Nice lobby area.

Charged my CC $357 upon check in for incidentals. Staff and manager could not explain why. Was told that charge should go away in a few days. Dead bolt did not work in room. Maintenance was very poor in room, worn dirty. Pillows thinnest ever.

Breakfast is hit or miss.

Clean and well lit. I've really come to value those two qualities in a hotel. And Element also had tasteful art and interior design. Like the hallway carpets and lighting, room lamps and night stands- very classy. I loved our stay there

If the eggs & bacon at the breakfast was closer to real, the place would be a colossas of excellence. But, the overall breakfast options were really good. Like the yogurt with honey/granola/blueberries. That was a very nice touch. Overall, extremely happy

Staff was great, had two kids under 2 and accommodated us in room that was comfortable for my family

The location.

The TV did not work. The shower head was dislodged. There was a dried blood stain on the wall of the bathroom. They need to get better luggage carts. The room I was put in was not worth the price.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was very spacious. The modern interior was a nice touch. I also like the high ceiling in the room.

The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable. Dirty toilet bowl; rusting bath tub; the kitchen was not properly stocked; uncomfortable office chair.

No ice machines for guests, no happy hour or bar as advertised, breakfast was only good on one of four days.

The room was large, the bed and pillows were to my liking, the kitchen nice.

Carpets needed cleaning and the mold in the shower should be addressed. The breakfast was disappointing and targeted towards adults--my kids wouldn't have eaten it. I was solo so it wasn't a deal breaker for this trip.

Very clean hotel...they have a very helpful and friendly staff.

They need a better system for serving breakfast. The food was not kept hot. There was no fire under the pans to keep the food warm. So it got cold very quickly. When they ran out of bacon or sausage, they said they didn't have any more.

Maintenance,bathroom faucet broken and despite several reminders nothing got done.Staff was average did not reflect the quality associated with Marriott hotels.Cleanliness average & did not have a full size mirror in room for the guests to get ready!

Convenient

The pool wasn't not clean ed or open. Disappointed . Shower handle broken. Shower needed maintaned. At the base it looked chipped in several places.

The decor and cleanliness are great!

The breakfast wasn't how it usually is, but considering covid, they did what they could.

Cool room

Breakfast is my only complaint. No one was manning the omelette station. So I got egg bites and sausage links. Both were cold so I spit them out and went somewhere else for breakfast.

The rooms are very spacious and give a warmth homey feeling.

Well for starters I was double charged when I checked in and the hotel after all that when this reservation was up, they said I still owed 12 dollars. Paid it because I did not want any problems. Safe to say that I will not be coming back.

New, stylish, nice staff

Cleanliness of the room was horrible. The first room had a dirty hat above the bed. I was able to switch rooms but the second room had an old pizza box in the refrigerator and hairs on the bathroom :(. Gross!
