Palacio Royale Inn Boutique

Peace and Quiet, Nice and Clean and staff was very friendly. Location was the best!

Breakfast included.

The tv had blue tint difficult to see tv. Stains on floor, handprints on the wall, dirty bedsheet. Confused from both palacio inn hotels.

Price. Was good. Room was clean bed was comfortable

Someone with a key to my room opened my door and woke me up. Since I received a call asking if I was still coming leads me to believe they had given my room away while I was gone. This is unacceptable

The price was really good.

Close to the highway so can hear highway noise, light outside the window was bright and when I woke up in the middle of the night it looked like it was daylight outside. Breakfast wasn't that great.

My son can be stubborn at times but the second he walked into this hotel room with its bright colors and clean beds, he was excited. I¿ve never seen him so happy.

Location was convenient with no delays booking in

NO breakfast. Staff was rude.

Bed super comfy. Quiet at night. Peaceful.

The lady who does the room don't knock and ask if you need any clean anything

The remote control for the television was missing. When we received one it didn¿t connect to activate the television so it was useless. The hotel provided a mini refrigerator and a microwave. I wish they had provide a coffee maker.

Good location and friendly staff.

Expensive

My visit was in Katy, Tx. It was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a restful and enjoyable night. Loved the pillows.

Location.

Late check-in,no one at desk, had to wait for someone from another property to check me in. The room was hot, smelled bad, linens felt damp. Bulbs missing from lamp, curtain had a hole in it. Didn't feel SAFE at all. Spent 1 night of 3 and left!

We were their for one night of our honeymoon stay. Loved that the staff took the time to put rose petals all over the room and did towel art.

The room was clean, new and well maintained.

Traffic noise was a little high. But Yhis is expected for an outside entry on a major freeway.

Very spacious, exceptionally clean room. The lobby is cheerful and welcoming and checking in was a breeze. The breakfast, albeit minimal, included fresh, homemade chocolate chip cookies - YUM!

AC and TV

Staff is very pleasant and the rooms are very nice for the price.
