Exceptional breakfast

Outside Renovation, bed linens could be better and the pillows were too soft

Bathroom had pieces of the wall missing around the trim

Location

Limited parking and hotel going through remodel so floor hallways very warm/hot but room temperature was good.

Employees all very nice. Place was clean food was good.

Convenience & cost

Asked for a wake up call Saturday morning which I didn¿t get. Missed appointment. Ruined the trip.

Location is quiet and easy to easy to reach everything

Internet was unavailable throughout my stay & staffs acted like it¿s ok & it¿s nothing. I won¿t even mind if mobile network (T-Mobile) was good but wasn¿t. Staff did the least about the issue even when I explained to them that I needed Wi-Fi for work.

The front desk clerk took the time to try abd fix a problem for us in our room but when she couldn't resolve the issue she was able to easily and quickly provide us another room

The bathroom sink leaked through the hot water handle when the cold water was used forming a puddle on the counter top

The hot water for the tea was not hot. The morning coffee was warm, not hot.

Location is convenient

Old property, dirty carpets, scuffs on the bath tub. Holes in towels. Bidet didn't work. Very unfriendly front desk staff.

i did not realize they had larger rooms available when i booked this short trip, (my fault) i would have prefered and booked the larger room had i noticed

The room was more than I expected. Staff was outstanding and the bed was like sleeping on cotton balls and the pillows and comforter too. I truly didn't want to leave. It was amazing. Staff went out of their way in every department to help.

The suite was huge! Very nice and the staff was excellent! at the front desk was wonderful. My busband loved the cookies that greeted him.

Hotel employee at the check in was an amazing host who made us feel welcomed and helped us with airline check in. She made our hotel experience a 10!

I booked a 2brm suite. was given a 2bdrm. Hotel was booked so given 2bdrm suite next day with black mold on the walls. Moved again back to another 2bdrm. Moved into another 2bdrm suite next day that was ok. Will not use this hotel again!!!!!!!!!
