Pool not open, washer and dryer not working. Breakfast was mediocre

The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to help us out and they clean the rooms so perfectly. The breakfast has a good variety and they work really hard to accommodate.

The only thing I did not like is the amount of smokers outside but I presume it is the area of town that might be the factor.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the breakfast was bland

Our room was clean

No breakfast first morning we were there. Hallway smelled like cat pee.

nothing worst trip ever

First at checkout they told us the elevator was out. . Got to my room A/C didn't work. Came back 6 hours later to a extremely hot room. manage said they could only give me fan. totally unacceptable.

AC unit out in numerous rooms. Our room was 80 degrees. Staff immediately said he would check us out when we said we could not sleep in an 80 degrees room.

Very spacious rooms. EV charging stations in parking lot was very convenient.

Front desk clerk gave my Fiancé a room with 2 beds, because “the hotel doesn’t have rooms with 3 beds” !?!?! Our reservation was for a 1 bed king suite. 🤔 Once returned to the front desk, we were given the correct room that we selected.

It was clean

They changed my room I reserved 2 queen and a pull out. They only had a room with 1kong size bed

Lack of security. One of our vehicles was stolen.

Everyone is so nice! Super clean, strong shower, spacious room, ample parking, convenient location.

The drain in the tub was slow.

Service was always very slow (but friendly). And had to pay for breakfast.

There was literally chicken tender on the ground for 2 days I was there. It look like someone smashed it into the carpet.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and the extra large hot tub. The room/bathroom was clean, large and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable.

Did not like having to pay extra for breakfast. It was good, but think it was not worth the price of $12. Should be included with the room.

Hot water did not work in room at all. Waited a while and the shower water was still freezing cold (We were checking out so there was no point in asking for a new room). No other problems

There were no hot water at all. Called the front desk and was told water heater broken.

The staff was very nice, the hotel was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable.

The restroom door did not latch.

We booked at this hotel due the fact we had been here many times and it was always a great stay.

Unfortunately the pool was closed and that was the main reason for use chosen it again this time as well we were never asked if we needed anything extra towels or toilet paper we had to go to front desk to get them
