The bedding was very comfortable

We chose this hotel based on the fact that it had a whirlpool hot tub, and upon arrival found that it was not working. The railing into the pool was too low and of little use for a disabled person to enter the pool, which was disappointing.

Clean

No breakfast as agreed. Girl at desk so rude. Pool and hot tub not working.

The location was great- handy to all the stores etc. The lobby with the fish tank was a hit with our toddler.

The elevator was seriously inconvenient, and the breakfast was the worst. Breakfast was cereal and sad half-frozen toast, with hockey puck shaped eggs. Microwave? broken. Coffee machine? same. Waffle maker was not available that day. We went to McDonalds

Conveniently located between restaurants and access to freeway

Too many homeless people walking around the area and rear doors remained unlocked without key entry. Hotel charged a $100.00 dollar deposit without prior knowledge prior to booking

The place is pretty run down except maybe for the lobby area. The furniture in the room was really old and worn out (also has lots of stains). Definitely don't place your belongings on them. You'd be better off staying at the Hampton inn right next door

Black out curtains were great. Staff was nice making for an easy check in. Bed was comfortable!

Shower was lukewarm, breakfast of eggs, potatoes and bacon was cold! Staff in kitchen was very unfriendly!

I like the room but needs more cleaning.

I understand the mess of the hotel because the staff are remodeling. The need more personal in cleaning up and have the food and coffee working.

The AC worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding

The hotel is beautiful and clean ,but maybe could be cleaner. Could make a better effort to make it look cleaner and better smelling.

Indoor pool was not heated. Neither was ¿hot¿ tub. Hotel was filthy. Tv remote didn¿t work. When calling the front desk about it I was hung up on 3 times

Construction happening 20 feet outside my room at 7am on a Saturday and Sunday. The front desk guy calling my room 4 times to see if I was checking out or staying after I told him the first call I was checking out. Worst hotel ever

Location. Rating was accurate. Breakfast was what was expected.

There was renovations taking place but not a problem. Some guests loitering by back door smoking pot. Had to walk through the smoke to get into the door.

One of the staff was very rude lazy and very unprofessional

Staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious and great selection. I also like the indoor pool and the Jacuzzi. The breakfast lady was very sweet and helpful and kept checking to make sure plenty of food and always cleaning and very friendly.

Front desk Day man was also very friendly and helpful. Nice having coffee and water Wish the indoor pool was heated. Didn't use because it was cold but loved the Jacuzzi. Our tv didn't work in our room. We didn't ask for help so not really complaining.

Having chairs in the room. Having a fridge and microwave in the room.

Key readers to pool and fitnes room were a little out of whack but not major.

Staff never made bed even when asked night staff not polite not friendly pool heater was broken never had towels in pool area

- a/C was not on when I entered. (98 degrees outside- heat index 103) - tv channel stuck on 1 channel

The only think I enjoyed was leaving that place

Horrible Service ,waiting over 10 min at the lobby to check in, high price for small room , No microwave , no refrigerator , not even trashcan? I think any motel it would have been better than Holiday Inn
