The lady at the front desk was compassionate and friendly. The two workers at breakfast went above and beyond for a buffet style breakfast as well.

I had expectations that the restaurant would have been designed with a closed setting rather than an open format in the lobby.

The air conditioner broke in room and they had no maintenance on site to fix it. Sweated through out the night. Breakfast eggs were cold.

I didn¿t care for the gentleman who checked us in. I didn¿t like that he didn¿t explain the Wi-Fi or anything else. No times for breakfast or anything else. We didn¿t have the plague!

The breakfast was the worst I have ever had and mad me sick. It cost $13 dollars for the breakfast that wasn't even good. Save your wallet and stomach and walk next door to the Denny's for breakfast.

It was really nice. The staff was great!

I wish that they would have given the breakfast for free and not charged for the fruit and waffles. Keep the grill part as a cost but not the outside stuff that I made myself.

Desk personnel were extremely friendly and courteous, a pleasure coming and going. The Hotel Employee was especially helpful in arranging my preference if a room at the last minute.

It was my first time at this location. The check in was quick and smoothly. Great customer service!!!

The bed was a little uncomfortable but it was ok. But probably not used to a firm bed. Other than I slept comfortably.

The location was central in Katy, making it easy to reach everyone.

There was a problem with the hot water system the entire day, so we had to shower with cold water instead. It was a hot city 32*C, so it wasn't too terrible. Faulty wardrobe door

The breakfast was free. And very good!!! That by far was the only good thing I can think of.

The beds were HORRIBLE! I felt like I slept on a board. Everyone in our party agreed the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
