Did not have elevator for upper floors. None of shower liquids were filled Charged extra for credit cards.

Quiet, until nearby construction crews started.

Difficult to determine entry to property. Breakfast selection marginal. Toiletries marginal.

I had gotten scabies,the room looked very clean, but when I moved the mattress it was nasty and gotten scabies from the filth,but they apologized and moved me on the last 2 days, but make sure you check under the bed.

I wished that they would have cleaned up under my bed.But lesson learned.

The staff is very friendly and focused on guest satisfaction. The room was super clean and the hotel is very located very close to La Centerra.

Parking is a little bit of a challenge when the hotel is full, but not a serious issue.

The location was great as I was in town for Titans Legacy Tattoo in Cinco. The decor in the room was nice and modern. The room was easily accessible with food options and convenience stores within walking distance.

Here’s a list of the issues me and my girlfriend found: long black hairs left in the towels (I am bald and my gf is blonde), multiple large yellow stains in the middle of the bedsheets, a sticky substance on the ground near the left side of the bed, an abysmal breakfast spread, as well as the body wash and lotion dispensers were empty upon our arrival.

the orange juice was tasteless, watery and not too many choices for the breakfast. Ended up just taking fruits

This place was very clean and spacious. This place also was extremely comfortable and quiet you would never think it’s close to the fwy.

Smell like marihuana in the room, there was no toothpaste, the tv controller did not work

Staff, the appearance and style of room, bed comfort. The bathroom mirror was amazing the room was great for the price and barely any noice! I would recommend over the Marriott hands down.

Refrigerator was very loud and the AC gave me serious allergies and congestion when I turned it on, so I had to sleep without it on. As soon as I fell asleep 2xs someone slammed their door next to me.

Very nice comfortable bed, space was nice, bathroom was spacious, the flow of the room was exceptional, staff was friendly, would recommend this place to everyone
