The hotel is nice, clean, and well kept. Staff were friendly and location was within driving distances to nearby attractions like Andretti Indoor Karts or the foods on Bellaire .

Cons -

Some kind of allergen was in the room. All in room woke up with dry mouth and pain swallowing. Breakfast scrambled eggs were dry.
The rooms were cleaned every other day instead of daily. They were managing water controlling tap water pressure which is wrong. The staff donÂ¿t know what theyÂ¿re doing . Poor customer service. I will never lodge in this hotel again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Good location.

Breakfast was not ready on time my second morning, we were piling up. Complimentary coffee was often empty, or cold. Walls were too thin. I requested a call be made to my neighbors.I was booked into one king room, fell asleep, and woke to staff asking me to move as the TV in my room was reported not working. The front desk was often unattended.

The breakfast was horrible. The staff seemed a bit on the shady side. The guy that worked the night I checked in was under dressed. His clothes were shabby. The lady that worked that morning appeared exhausted and dull. So more prep in the step and dress for success. The breakfast bar was just horrible. The oatmeal was water and not cooked. The eggs and sandwiches were rubbery.

It smelled like something died in there.

I had to turn my pillow to the front desk at 11:30 at night because it smelled so bad. Then I discovered it wasn't just the pillow. It was the bed also and the floor beside the bed.

I booked a suite and they put me in single small room.

Breakfast should be improved .Bed height from floor was very uncomfortable for me. I also reported to front desk but no response. I had uncomfortable sleep. I requested to connect with manager but no body contacted me.
