The cleanliness, spacious and Great Customer Serviced !!!

The staff is friendly and the rates are excellent and it is clean

My room did not have the security latch on the door and was missing one of the dual blinds. There was a lot of noise after 10pm including screaming kids, a barking dog, and slamming doors. Luckily, there was enough of a break for me to get to sleep.

It was close to my office

The room was damp, smelled strongly like mildew, there was water damage up to 2 inches from the base of the bathroom door. The beds were damp when lying in them. When we asked if we could change rooms the young man said they were completely booked.

The photos were misleading. In reality the hotel room did not look anything like the online photos posted. There was mold in the bathroom and on the ceiling. And there was weird odors in the room and in the hallways. Furniture was old.

The front desk associate was very uneducated with the systems and how to manage the bookings. It took over an hour for my friend to be given a room key, and once they received the key it was to an occupied room. They weren't offered a new room.

How close it was to my family.

I had to have the keys recoded every day because they wouldn¿t work. They had me in a room with one bed the first night even though I paid for 2 beds. They never checked on my room so I had trash.

Spent an hour booking with the room only to find out after arriving that they had no electricity and hadn¿t for hours

The room I was put in was littered in bug carcasses. I didn't stay the night.

Cleanses issues

The King Kitchenette was nice, except not a single utensil, plate/pan. Big room Elevator for upper floors. Comfortable bed.

Stairway was filthy when I checked in and when I left at 10:00 AM. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. Debris and stains.

Location and size of room

Breakfast below than normal even the basic item such as Eggs not in the breakfast. Also the blanket is so thin and coming out from it’s cover.
