Pros +
- The reservation was not a problem to make and taking my payment was quick.
- Beds were comfortable but that’s about it.
- 1st, I giving the wrong room where someone was already staying in open the door and someone was in the room.2nd, the couch/sofa look like a dog had been sleeping in it for years.3rd, the comforters on the bed had rips on them.4th, the mattresses were so worn out you were sinking.5th, the outside of the facilities had office chairs all in front of all the rooms.6, overall the facilities exterior was very uncapped look like the place was abandoned.Overall, I would not recommend anyone standing in these facilities .

- I didnt get to stay the night arrived and was informed the couldn't honor my reservation they had no pet friendly rooms available asked about my refund let me know I would need to contact Booking and sent me on ky way 12:00 am Labor Day weekend. Booking MARKED MY Reservation CANCELLED due to the hotel canceling my booking due to a no show by me.Wrong I had my GPS location HISTORY PUTTING ME AT THE HOTEL THE NIGHT WE WERE TO CHECK INInvestigating my claim at the moment.
- To start I was told when paying for my booking reservation that I only booked for two people but my reservation details were for 2A/2C. Then early check in was an extra $25 which I declined and was fine with checking in later till I was asked to leave a review which of course I let them know I would and then his attitude totally changed and I was told to give him (the owner) 30-45 mins and he would personally have the room ready and I could check in early. So I went my way and was going to return later until I placed a review for them from a few days prior from staying there and then 20 minutes after I get a text and a missed call saying check in will not be till after 2 and to call if I would be early. So I did just to double check if I was not suppose to go back in the 30-45 mins like I was told and then he proceeded to say the housekeeper ended up not going in early unless I wanted to pay $25. Again I declined, showed up after 2 and I get told “the room was ready 1 hr-1 1/2 hr ago for you and I thought you were coming back. The next day comes as it was a one night stay and I get a knock on my door at 10:20am and I let him know we will be checking out and he the owner states “okay well the housekeeper wants to clean the room and it’s 10:20 already” , which I mentioned your sign states check out is at 11. To which he responded I guess that’s fine and walked away. *the first time we stayed there was apparently their first time on booking. If you encounter the wife she is lovely and sweet. She even told me we don’t go knocking on doors like other places unless it is after 11am and the person may have fell asleep. (That day we were out at 10:45 the latest which gave me and her time to chat.) Which I totally get. But to knock on a door at 10:20am and asks your customers to leave before your posted check out time and then to be rude and say you guess YOUR POSTED TIME is fine is ridiculous. We will not be staying again.
