Stained towels, musky room, moldy shower curtains, dirty floors, broken coffee machine

The location and it was quiet. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly

Fridge didn?t work. Chairs were dingy and dirty looking.

Distance to my in laws.

The floor was filthy. My feet were totally black just walking from the dirty shower to the bed. We told manager and asked to please mop when they cleaned. I even showed him the filthy rag I used before I got into bed. We got back and it still was filthy.

The location for what we had to do. But for the money we paid, there should be a better breakfast with meat.

The USB jacks on the lap didn't work and the outlets were worn out so our chargers kept falling out of them. Very frustrating.

Reception was quick,easy, and pleasant. Staff were both delightful and engaging.

Did not like the sink with the clogged faucet screen nor the loose toilet that moved when used.

Location was good; Room was reasonable and clean. Breakfast had good flavor.

No place to eat - breakfast was take out only; you couldn't decide what you wanted or how much you wanted to eat. The pool was gross. Rooms shabby - need repair, updating.

Hard-working friendly staff

Management was very into saving money. There was a lack of hot water or two small towels were provided. The supposed hot breakfast was only available from 6 AM to 8 AM. Also you had to ask for food as there was absolutely no food out for guests to take.

It was convenient for our location needs.

The tub faucet was broken, the bathroom light was out, there was used bar soap in the shower.

The pillows where firm and the room didn¿t smell like smoke and it was clean

Try to make me pay and extra $100 when I paid for my room already I'm very unhappy I wasted my money and no refund was given bk to me

The air conditioner worked great. They provide soap and shampoo.

Staff gave a key to my room to another guest who tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. Manager & desk clerk then pounded on my door & yelled at me to open the door now. Phone did not work to call the desk. No one ever apologized to us.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Location was not too far off the main road. Breakfast was hearty and served quickly.

The room was very humid making all the linens "wet" and sticky. There was also no hotel lock.

A very pleasant worker cooked us a hot breakfast.

This should NOT be rated as 2.5stars. Our room was upstairs with no elevator. We¿re in our 70¿s, I have a pacemaker and my husband has had two back surgeries so getting luggage upstairs was trying. There was no carpet on the floor which was sticky.

I was charged again on my bank card. After checking in a woman used a card to open my room door and walked in. She said she forgot her drinks in the refrigerator.

The location was convenient. There was a nice restaurant nearby. And the clerk at check-in was very courteous.

Everything was satisfactory.
