No hot water and the toilet stopped up. The linens were very stained. Could not communicate with the employee.

Overall experience was excellent. The person who checked me in was very nice. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. Everything was perfect for my one night stay.

Staff was very friendly.

Definitely showing it's age. Some major chains have close to same price but with holiday weekend this was all I could find. For just needing a place to sleep it was great. I wouldn't make this a vacation destination unfortunately.

I reserved a King bed, got 2 queen beds. The room was a smoking room. I was not told it was a smoking room. The TV remote would not work.

The person who is in the front desk is nice.

The owners are trying. He was very nice and tried to accommodate.

The cleaning is not very well. Was what appeared to be blood in the bathroom doorway. There was long dark hair in the shower. Also he did not have our reservations noted anywhere.

The price was fair.

I was very disappointed, because when we arrived in our room the carpet was dirty, the mirror on the vanity was broken, there was a big hole in the bathroom door, the coffeepot broken, the toilet was not set right and moved and the vanity was very dirty.

Location was good price was cheap and staff were friendly

No housekeeping with a 7 day stay, only one set of towels, one soap, and one pack of shampoo and conditioner. No lotion, no trash pickup. Hot water did not work, showers were lukewarm or cold. Bathroom was not clean, there was trash and dirt in the room. The vent’s cover was open and just sitting above the toilet. Walls were stained also.

We liked nothing about this place.

We were given a room that hadn't even been cleaned. The mattress pad was soaked with urine. The place was poorly maintained.

I got bug bites. Assuming it is BED BUGS. The front desk person didn't understand English very well. Asked if I would "give more money" just to change room upon arrival. I couldn't use the toilet or shower due to my ability, or lack of. He did get me a room where the toilet wasn't in a closet.

The manager is terrible and hateful they gave me the wrong room wouldn't fix it and then I had to call the police to get put in a. Room because the manager was refusing to up hold my reservation that I paid for in advance and still got the wrong room

No fridge no microwave stank and dirty sheets don't even fit the bed

Plugs were not safe in wall, no coffee pot, TV did not work, shower was a dark closet and not very hot. P

Absolutely nothing except that I was able to get off the road after a long drive. I could have slept in my car in a cleaner environment.

This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. Blood stains on the sheets, furniture that could not be used, a TV set with a broken screen, totally gross sink, etc. etc.: just a total crap place. I didn't expect the Ritz Carlton for the place but assumed that boooking.com would vet their properties. I talked to somebody for a partial refund, nothing. Shame on both the property and booking.com.

I made reservations in December for the 23 of February when I went to check in they told me they had no rooms available so I had to sleep in my pickup for the night

The room was colorful and comfortable, just the right size.

Bathtub diverter needs fixing.

Dirty, found a sanitary pad on floor on a visible area. Plus spiderwebs in the room that tells me cleaning is not a priority for this location

My “non-smoking” room reeked of smoke, the facilities are in dire need of renovation, the T. V. didn’t work.

Horrible. Disgusting. NOT Clean.

The photos posted are NOT of this location. The first room they put me in was 124. You could literally push the door open without even touching the handle or using a key. They moved me to another room, room 103. The fridge had cockroaches crawling all over it and the inside was not clean. The comforter was horribly stained all underneath and the lighting is so bad you almost miss the stains on the top half. There were huge, dusty cobwebs hanging all over from the ceilings. The furniture was old and torn up. The rooms were all horrible. Floors were dirty as well. Bathrooms were outdated and had rust everywhere. Curtains for the windows were barely hanging on and don’t cover the whole window because they are broken. Room 101 also just pushes open without a key or touching the handle. The management tried to tell me it was okay and safe because there was a camera right by the room. I told them I will not be staying with them and I will get around the cancellation fee for a refund. Barely spoke English and tried to have the property owner talk to me on the phone, which didn’t help at all. She stated they are renovating new rooms, which are probably the ones in the photos but they are still under construction and not available yet. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
