- Housekeeping was non existant, no renewal of room expendibles, old outdated equipment, tv, no cleaning of room for more than 1 night stays, no ice except for large bag purchase. no good restaurants in area.
- Couldn't get regular channels on the TV, only all the new app channels.

The staff was horrible, had to wait to be attended to. Very unprofessional. Someone tried to break into the room at 2:50 AM. I believe we were targeted by the staff. No one even asked us about our stay when we left. Hotel is located above Truck stop.

Horrible Check in experience. Took longer than 30 minutes.
The hotel itself was good. Great location for a quick in out stay. Overall very mad about my experience.
I had to put a $50 deposit (hold) on my debit card and paid cash. As of now they have charged my card $202 dollars! And the refund was to a card number (that I didn't use to hold) that isn't even mine. Not happy at all.
The room was cheap but it was clean! The Hotel is above a busy convenient store! We checked in after midnight so you would think it would be fast check in but he had to run back and forth ringing up customers. Room old but it was clean!!
The $50 cleaning deposit, The truck stop in back that we could hear the air brakes on everyone. We were only there 6 hours to sleep but didn''t get any. The ONE towel for a TWO person room. But again, it was cheap and clean!

Beds were hard as a rock and could feel every spring.
