- Bed uncomfortable. Seemed more like a converted apartment building than a 4.5 star hotel.
- My rooom had a huge roof leak with water pouring in & it got my luggage wet & the entire carpet was soaking when we came back after being gone all day. They knew that happened before because there were old water stains on the curtains. We had to leave
- The start level is not at all a 4. I feel like I got scammed.
