- The staff friendliness and helpful
- Very friendly staff, helped me with a lower level room. Very clean and spacious King Size bedroom. breakfast had the pancakes, sausage and eggs that I wanted. Bed was very comfortable. Needed transportation to the airport and it was included!

- There were cockroaches everywhere even in my room! DO NOTest the free breakfast!

- The AC unit did not keep the room cold, it was set to 66 and felt like 72, It was humid and the air was sticky in the room, taking a shower made it worse because there was no air vent in the bathroom so all the steam just escaped into the room. Smells.
