The property had a name change and now requires a description update to match. Please completely delete the current description (entirely) and replace it with the following updated version: Guest rooms at Quality Suites – Las Colinas include a refrigerator and a microwave. Cable TV with HBO is also available. Select rooms provide a spa bath. Las Colinas Quality Suites offers a full hot breakfast with eggs, meat, yogurt, fruit and waffles. This hotel is completely nonsmoking and features a manager’s reception on select days. A 24-hour business center with copy and fax services is available. Laundry facilities and and a complimentary weekday newspaper are also offered. The AT&T Stadium is 15 miles from Quality Suites Irving. Las Colinas Convention Center is 2 miles away.

- Rooms old, bathroom dirty, water in lavatory and shower was cold

- The accommodations. The room was old, damp and not clean. The bedding has stains in it. Everything was old and outdated. The dampness was due to the old air conditioning system and I know mold was on the floor and in the walls. Not good for breathing in.
