Was not happy about the heat not working and not enough hot water for a shower

The hotel was in the middle of downtown Hutto. Shops and restaurants were all close by. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel, was the fact that my handicap accessible room, was on the third floor. In case of a fire/emergency, there is no clear way for a wheelchair-bound person to get out alive from the third floor.

I booked this hotel for F1 Austin GP. This hotel was excellent!! Very clean, big room ,friendly stuff, free hot breakfast , so I wanna stay here again!

Not this hotel but the area is not really country atmosphere . It is town center but the shopping and dining was not so easy around the hotel for me.

Room was very good. Breakfast very good.

No housekeeping staff available over weekend. Replacement items, towels, coffee refills and other items were available at the front desk for your pickup. Had call front desk to empty trash. Front desk personal had to leave desk to come and empty trash.

It was very clean, quiet, and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I have no complaints!

In less than 24 hours we had experienced 3 rooms in varying degrees of horrible...filthy, sticky floors, tubs that won’t drain, BUGS, maggots or other toxic waste in sinks, plumbing wrapped in foil and painters tape, no contact with requested management

All surfaces were nasty. No personnel to be found and no housekeeping on any floor to be seen. We had booked for 4 nights with no new towels and did I mention no requested response from upper staff. Some cleaning equipment never moved in 4 days...sick!

Bathroom was nasty. Hair and other stuff on side of the tub. Around toilet was nasty. The sink was stopped up when you brushed your teeth. The toilet lid was about to fall off. For a up class hotel didn’t think room would have three different colors.

Different color spots throughout the room. Refrigerator was nasty. List could go on. With the virus everyone was in the back and took forever to come up front after calling them. The breakfast was a joke. Never again. I’ll drive farther for a better hot

Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was excellent and there were no shortages of any choice.

The hotel itself is very clean and modern, the room was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

They need to get a hot tub inside... there was long hair on the floor in the Bathroom and the bags in the trash can fall in the can when you put anything in it and the are too small

Large very clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff, everyone spoke to us when they saw us and s\asked if everything was satisfactory.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was delicious!

I wish there was an indoor pool.

Cleaniness, and staff's costumer service. One of the best, friendliest,and cleanest places I've stayed. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends. definitely would stay here again.
