Water pressure and rough towels and needed additional cleaning

Had to switch rooms twice, looked at a third option, but with the time we declined. The place smelled horrible, the room had dog hair everywhere, later discovered the beds were used and had just horrible experience, the interior door lock was broken

The room was very dated. Two electrical plugs were very loose (1- for TV, 2- on left bed side.

There was mold in the bathroom and bugs in the lights. Had a weird odor as well that hits you as soon as you walk in.

People were friendly.

No air circulation in the room so everything was damp. They did not clean the gym at all. No water in the gym. My room was not serviced my entire stay. The room keys stopped working on a couple occasions despite keeping it away from cell phones.

Great location. Super friendly staff. Shoutout to hotel employee! Bed was comfy.

Bed needed more pillows. The bathroom sink was oddly placed. It looked nice but the sink was set too far back. Have to lean way over to brush your teeth. Faucet was set awkwardly.

The location was good for where we were.

It was dirty, the heater was broken, and when I went to the front desk to complain they wouldn't even give me an extra blanket.

The large King Suite room! They are sooooo spacious!

The blood stained comforters! Housekeeping should change ALL linen for each room. If it is soiled and cannot be cleaned, DISCARD it. I placed them on the floor at check out, in hopes they would actually wash or discard.

I appreciate the cleanliness and hospitality upon arriving. With this hotel being close to the Interstate I love the fact that you could not hear any passing traffic.

The cleanliness of this hotel was beyond expectations. The linens were so fresh and clean (no stains or yuck!) and the room itself was immaculate. The noise level was not bad at all. The blackout blinds were amazing!

The only thing that I would improve on is the sign off the main road. I drove by the access to the hotel twice before I found it. The sign is rather small and low to the ground.

It was quiet.

Beds were a little hard and one room had BED BUGS, bit my granddaughter bad! Had to seek medical attention getting home and she is missing work. Advised hotel then and after, no contact or concern on their part.

Staff was great. Except the white lights in the room.

Why do they put bright white lights in the hotel room? These bright white lights ruined my entire experience. It's the most brainless thing I have ever encountered from a hospitality business. It is disgusting and makes no sense whatsoever. Zero ambie

Room was neat and clean and that a real buffet breakfast was included.

Had a little trouble initially with HVAC system getting room heated, seemed to work itself out. Both bulbs in one of the lamps needed replacing.

Office staff was extremely friendly.

Room had not been properly cleaned. We found an empty Gatorade bottle behind the door and a fake fingernail on the floor.
