Hampton Inn & Suites Huntsville

The hotel housekeeping staff were unresponsive to our concerns and unhelpful. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was NEVER cleaned. They barely pickup trash. We had to ask the FRONT DESK STAFF in order to get towels. The bed was NEVER made once.

I was happy not to have to pay for parking. Breakfast was included. They had Hazelnut creamers!!

Room was good size with bigger bathroom than most. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Fold out bed did not have sheets until requested. Breakfast was awesome.

Kind staff, clean rooms, comfy beds! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel experience was the best we have had for several years. The excellent condition of the building and the room, breakfast was outstanding, location was perfect, and the staff attitude made it very special. Would highly recommend. 6 star experience

Location, safety.

The rooms have been used heavily. It¿s a shame that some people think they can destroy a room because they paid for it for a period of time. The damage I saw was deliberate, costing every one higher rates because the owner has to cover the cost of repair

Convenient location and accepts pets

I I was unaware that there would be a unrefundable deposit on pets and would have preferred a first floor room due to our pet. Otherwise everything else in the hotel was wonderful

Everything was great! Very clean, great/friendly staff.

It was really hot/stuffy in the hallways and in the elevator.

2nd time we¿ve stayed here and just love the rooms, beds and staff!!

I do not like the sliding bathroom door. We have stayed there twice. In one of the rooms, the sliding door was very difficult to open especially from inside the bathroom.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and pet friendly. Room was on 1st floor and easy to take pet outside. Friendly staff and helpful. Above average breakfast. Easy access to I45 as well as several stores

Cover on bed very very heavy. Could not use.

The employees were amazing. The beds were super comfy! Close to everything! Large room!

It¿s location. You can walk to a grocery store and there are several good restaurants also in walking distance!

We visit Huntsville often as our son is at SHSU. This is the 3rd hotel we¿ve tried and it¿s the only one we¿ll use Moving forward. The others don¿t stack up. Great staff, clean hotel, amenities and location are superb. Close to everything you need.

Noting. All was perfect.

I was so surprised to find that black mold was growing in the bathroom. The sink and the tub drains were partially clogged. Standing in water during a shower is not acceptable at a hotel like Hampton for $--- per night. Room was 207

Very friendly staff.

The internet did not work. They said it was suppose to be free internet but the free connection did not work. They wanted to charge $5 a day for it. I hated the sliding bathroom doors. They are very hard to slide open and close.
