Yes...the room...under the couch was dirty the toilet was not flushing properly the bathroom walls near the tub dirty...the holder for the hair dryer was missing...the room needs a lot of tlc.

Breakfast was terrible. Roach in bathroom. Kind of a sketchy place. Could never find anyone at the front desk

The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of repairs. Pool is a slimy pit. Front doors don't work, there are roaches in the rooms. The website said breakfast was at 6am, the hotel said it was at 7am. Only 1 employee for the entire hotel

Leaving

The hotel is basically abandoned, TV doesn't work, no locks on doors, blinds don't close all the way, a/c doesn't work, roaches, linen was filthy, no workers there, locked out of room for 10+hours of my paid stay.

Easy off and on from the highway.

No one at the desk when we got there. Waited and called out; finally someone came. We had reservations for a room for two - got to the room to find only one bath towel. Tried to call front desk but the phones don?t work. No one at the front desk again -

First room had mold. Unclean bathtub, bedsheets and floors

None ,it terrible, broken toilet, told the reps at front desk but never fix it, , went back from dinner the 2nd room was rent out to someone else.

The sevice, the rooms, the reception, if I can rate this hotel 0 I could.

Broken toilet, come back from dinner, the room was rent out for somebody else, asking speak to manager never get hold of them.

Service, rooms toilet was broken, they said they fix it but ,never did, the room we stay in we went out when we come back they rent to someone else even we have foods and belongs inside. Asking for refund but front desk refused it . I will not come back

Close to my job and my house

The amenities were not accurate at all. The pool was black and looked as tho it hadn't been cleaned in years. The floor in my room was so dirty my 9 month Olds knees feet and hands were black from clawing around as if they only sweep and not mop.

Bathroom was in very condition. Shower head was broken and tub was nasty

easy to find and the room was large.

Walked in a smell, water leak from third floor onto lobby on check in. But the pool was closed, it had green water in it and the was a tall weed growing in it. In the morning we were looking forward to a good breakfast, very disappointing.

Many different things but main issue is thier lack of concern for their customers. I could not get ahold of anyone for help with my booking and ended up wasting $--- & had to book another hotel. Customer Service wasnt able to reach them even!
