The location was next to the highway

We paid insurance for the room. The hotel gave our room away. The front desk proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get the room. I spoke with the GM the next morning. He made everything right.

Exceptional customer service. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Overall GREAT experience! Will stay here again, no doubt.

The breakfast was gone by 11:00. We had planned to go out for breakfast but I had hoped to get a glass of juice while waiting on the rest of my group.

The girl in the front was not friendly at all and was very unprofessional, talking to guys and not attending the customers, very poor service

Quiet, very clean, spacious, nice curtains, and large windows that felt like you are outside. Great location. Good staff.

1. For me, breakfast not too good. 2. The toilet bowl is too high, requiring guests to stand on tiptoes to use it comfortably. We stayed for five days, and throughout our stay the pool remained consistently cold, we could not use it—please ensure the pool is properly heated.3. The internet connection is not private; although login credentials are provided, the gateway security is extremely weak. For a hotel of this calibre, a secure, private internet connection should be standard.Overall, the experience was not worth the cost. Additionally, the kitchen lacks an embedded stove; instead, guests are provided with a frying pan and a portable hot burner kept in a bag, which is not appropriate for this level of accommodation. ? Finally, staff please smile regardless. ?

Everything location, very clean, spacious room, all amenities inside the room and outside. We love it.

Everything was perfect, this hotel its going to be our best option in our next vacation.

Nice and new and clean and comfortable

Tv stations couldn’t get local stations for news or football games. Phone in room doesn’t work as it isn’t plugged in and cannot locate where it need to be by plugged in

I like the location and the room size and cleanliness within the room.

I don’t like the immense number of animals that are allowed at the hotel. I stepped in dog poo outside on the patio, people had huge dogs getting in the elevator, two at a time, which really freaked me out.

The breakfast was the worst I have seen at any similar property. The oatmeal was at least a day old, and crusted at the bottom. Everything else was cold. The eggs were not warmed, just put in a metal container on a counter. Horrible. The floor was dirty in the hall and dining area. The breakfast attendant was apathetic and had to be shamed into making more oatmeal, when we arrived an hour into the posted hours. There was no milk and no wheat bread, and there was no microwave

Cleanliness, location to the college was Outstanding

Clleanliness, pillows were perfectly firm

Location & overall cleanliness.

Pillows were terrible. Continuously short of food at breakfast. Front desk staff at check-in was rude.

I was paying for two rooms and one room still went on my daughters card so I had to strainer that out later when I say I'm paying they need to listen

Room was comfortable and plenty of room. It had everything you could need. The best part was the shower. I loved the music in the shower.

The property was exceptional and wanted to stay longer.

Bad

My reservation was canceled on the day of my check in. Property manager said it was due to 3rd party over booking and never offered me an alternative solution like stated in contract. I had to stay in less than desirable location in town or book 2 rooms for more than I could afford. Very disappointed with this app.

The room was very spacious and the beds were excellent. We have stayed in many hotels in Huntsville and this will be are new go to. The breakfast is so much better than most hotels

The sun never really hits the pool so it’s pretty cold. But that’s the only negative I have

Good value for the money the location was really good and the hotel was clean and modern

The elevator stopped working while I was there besides that everything was good
