-hair in the towels - hair in the floor - customer service This hotel is like a 2 stars, maybe a 3 stars but not a 4 stars hotel as it was advertised.

I don't eat breakfast, so can't comment on that. The room was spacious and had the amenities I want: fridge microwave, sitting area and large bed. The motel and room was CLEAN. I like that.

Staff was very helpful and the room, bathroom and lobby were clean.

The room my family stayed in had smell of weed smoke. Also, floor requires steam vacuuming. The coffee machine was dispensing only hot water, no coffee.

The staff the man that works at the hotel works in my room and opens the bathroom door I was not dressed and he had no reason to be in my room I was paid up! And I was just transferring rooms but with him knowing I transferring rooms you clearly hear my music playing in the bathroom with the door shut why would you open it why wouldn't you announce yourself coming in the front door or coming in the bathroom besides the fact he had no legal right to even do any of that considering I wasn't past due online bill unacceptable then he threatened to refund my money and make me leave yelling at me on top of all of this I set there in disbelief humiliated and extremely pissed!

Beds were comfortable and the TV was nice

Room was dirty, I found a dead roach on the floor the moment I walked in, the walls were dirty and stained, the bathroom ceiling had mold growing, there was hair and a old razor in the shower

Room was dirty. There were stains on every wall. Holes and dirt on all the furnitures and no room service or "breakfast" as advertised. Entryway smelled of cigarettes and air freshener.

Will look elsewhere next time.

No coffee in the room or lobby. The room smelled of smoke. BARE minimum room. The room was not very clean.

The location was close by restaurants, but not a great location. The room was ok, bed was nice, but there was mold on some items. When booking we strictly looked for free breakfast and this motel stated there was free breakfast, and we really needed it since we needed to be up really early everyday and turns out they do not offer breakfast.. There was signs that said no drugs and smoking yet everyday on my way to the room it smelled badly like w**d.

It didn't appear to have been cleaned. Maybe they changed the sheets but there was still hair on the cover, hand prints on the headboard, debri on the floor, etc.

Close by business in the area to quickly run errand.

Bedroom was ruin down stain on the walls and door it was a disgusting place maid are lazy were never clean shower or wipe down anything and toilet seat was nasty. Scott Inn was a dump the photos doesn't match at all it completes trash out the housekeeping employees make up bed horrible, dirty sheets and someone threw drinks on the walls. Two old people in late 60 to 80 senior the cleaning is nightmare they pretend their cleaning floor and doors, bed bugs it look a place for people in drug rehab . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone not even my dog manager had to ask me to check out then check back in I was so glad to get out the nasty place paint on the walls off and mix match this a dumb two thumbs down F rated if I could go lower.

We stayed 12 nights on business. The family that operates the hotel were very professional. They made our stay quite nice even with the covid mandates.

The roads to and from the hotel were challenging due to the Texas style of street and highway design.

Quiet ,clean & comfortable!

I did not like anything at this facility. Hotel needs to keep up with cleaning and odors. Do not recommend.
