I liked having a kitchenette in our room, the continental breakfast, and the 12:00 noon checkout time.

The fold-out couch bedding was missing a comforter, so it was very chilly for one person in our party while those in the bed slept soundly.

The room was beautiful and I liked the bathroom. It was so quiet with lots of trees around. The lady at the front desk at night was friendly.

The shuttle doesn't operate late enough.

We loved the kitchenette. It was helpful to save money on eating out so much. The hot breakfast was GREAT too. They cleaned everyday which was a plus for us b/c we stayed for 3N clean towels each day.

Only thing we didn't like was the shower was clogged so there was a slow drainage each shower time, but we managed and did report it, so hope the next customer has a better shower drainage than we did.

This was the worst experience ever! An employee broke into my car, broke my window, went through my belongings and the hotel did not want to compensate me for it. Also hotel has no cameras so don?t book here!

She staff that I encountered was RUDE. When we first arrived there was a problem with the television, they sent the engineer it took him approximately 45 minutes to fix it. Ok cool, then the next day the electricity went out for about an hour. The tv

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I just love it. They have a great business center accessible to all guest, and although the pool is not open because the pandemic. They'r outdoor areas are just amazing, very relaxing,and peaceful.

Secluded nestled in the trees like you in a big forest. Beautiful grounds would have loved to sit near the fire pit. But thanks to COVID patio was locked.

I LOVE THE OUTSIDE PATIO, IT COMES WITH A FIREPLACE SO IT'S VERY RELAXING TO CURL UP WITH A BOOK. STAFF IS ALSO FRIENDLY, WHEN I ASKED IF THERE WAS A CURFEW FOR THE PATIO OR FIREPLACE THEY SAID NOPE ENJOY AND I DID !

Check-out time is at 12pm, but my access cards deactivated a little after 11am. When I brought the issue up at 11:15, I was told they deactivated because it was "almost 12". Breakfast was ho-hum.

This hotel does not provide free secured wifi for guests. The only free wifi is not secured. If I work on my laptop for a business purpose and connect to the unsecured wifi, the business confidential data maybe seen by hackers.

Terrible personnel. Bad breakfast. Commode in room did not work. Had to change rooms in then middle of the night.

I complained to staff that I didn't get any sleep the air conditioner kept making a noise that sounded like someone was knocking on my door so I kept jumping up out of my sleep and I had a class to drive to early the next morning.. f

The hotel and room were clean and felt safe. I liked the kitchenette area. I liked the woodsy area for the peaceful surroundings. The staff and amenities were very nice. It was far nicer than some four star hotels I've stayed in.
