Room locatoon was on point

The restaurant was closed when it was supposed to be open. Prices on the bar menu did not match actual prices. The hotel advertised a hot tub and it did not have one. The valet staff did not listen when it came to my truck.

Room size

Valet and staff Valet was very hard to get into and was often full. Hotel staff incredibly rude. Also still have no idea what time they stop serving food, guess it depends on what you look like.

The room and hotel are as beautiful as the pictures. The bathroom is large, has plenty of counter space, a wc and luxurious rain-head shower. The hotel is in a quiet, safe environment. The restaurant food is amazing.

I called housekeeping to resolve a smell of urine in the bathroom, spots on the counter that weren't entirely abated. The kitchen is incredibly slow--I waited 30-45 minutes for a meal. The front desk staff range from terse to professional, none are warm.

What I liked the most about the hotel was the amazing staff. From the valet team to the front desk to the bartender. All provided top notch service.

Location to Tom?s watch bar to catch shuttle to the Astros game. Nice food choices and bars close for after game

The location was great. The room was also very nice. Loved the giant bathtub. Hotel was very beautiful.

I score the staff low based on valet and room service. Only one valet attendant and he was terrible. Parked in garage, desk attendant upgraded us to suite, which was fabulous. No ice bucket in room, called room service for ice and they never showed.

Everything was great

We didnt realize till when we left but apparently the bed sheets were not clean. When we rolled back the sheets at our feet there was hair and dirt.

Restaurant was closed for both nights we were there, pool bar also closed most of the time. Staffing issues, probably.

Missing lots of little details. Only one hook to hang towel, no suitcase rack, no fridge, shower was TERRIBLE, staff was not particularly friendly

Room was OK. Location could not be beat. It was the only thing about the stay that was worth it.

The customer service was abysmal. The valet NEVER had your car ready after texting them as instructed. One valet was cussing & complaining about working his shift & when I asked for my car he literally clocked out for lunch. Front desk wasn't much better.

Very clean. Excellent room service.

No robes, but not a huge deal. Valet is absurdly expensive.

That there is no ice maker on the floor you have to call for ice delivery

The pool is the best part about this hotel.

When I checked in I was told my room would be cleaned since I requested it and it was never done. Housekeeping does a really poor job at cleaning the rooms thoroughly. A top sheet was placed over a dirty duvet when I asked for clean linens. 3 star hotel.

Location was excellent

Zero snack or drink available in room or in the hotel. No ice machine, you have to call and have ice brought to your room. Guest services sometimes won¿t even answer the phone. It happened multiple times over the two nights we were there.

Great location and pretty rooms/views!

Be prepared to either hunt for street parking or pay 20+. Especially on weekends. Was misleading with bathtubs shown in all the pictures but those are only the deluxe rooms, not standard. Cleaning staff walked in our room twice before checkout.
