Large comfortable room. Great airport shuttle

very loud air conditionning. No enforcement of pool hours (loud people till midnight)

Hotel employee in reception was professional and personable. Great combo!

Location. And shuttle service should be 24 hour.

book this hotel because of shuttle service, but later found out it only operates between 5am and 11am, which is not convenient for afternoon flight.

I like Room 111.

I wish that the hotel offers breakfast at 5 am. And the shuttle to airport only offers st 7 am. I wish it offers every hour like 6 am, 7 am, 8 am, etc.

The shuttle did not pick me up at nigth. I mentioned this, but the hotel management did not o anything.

There were ants in the room and it was very noisy. Breakfast was scarce. I wouldn't want to stay again, but because of its location, I have to stay every 15 days.no card

Friendly staff always smiling and ready to help.

My bathroom had ants in it and noisy guest above me making loud noises.

My bathroom was covered in ants that came out of no where. And all the staff could do was offer a different room which also had ants in the bathroom.

I love that that we had almost full kitchen with a dishwasher full of dishes and a refrigerator with a freezer.

Two things I did not like first the breakfast it was so plain and I wish they have different breakfast each day.Second housekeeper Every time we put our trash out in our room and take them all day to pick it up

I had to ask for clean linen twice¿ I finally got it at 10pm

The ants, cockroaches and lack of maintenance. This is a new hotel that is not doing well. I showed them I was a hilton rewards member and the staff did not want to give me a complimentary water bottle. Not a well run hotel in my opinion.

Room is set up for a longer stay. Large refrigerator, Microwave, dishwasher w/dishes. Comfortable bed. Ikea style furnishings, Nice business part of town, access Hwy45, Hardy Toll, George Bush Pkwy to International airport, 20 min downtown.

Breakfast included okay but more grab and go type. I thought star rating was a little high but good value. Nice setup for longer stay but slightly small for longer stay

Close to where I go, comfortability.

Need to provide body lotion.

Fresh hotel and it shows. Only minor wear and tear in the room, overall quite clean. Solid kitchen setup was great to have. My internet was also quite strong, I was near the lobby though so I don¿t know how it would be on the back side of the building.

First thing I saw when I pulled up was a loud pool party that wasn¿t broken up until about an hour after the pool closed.

The hotel was immaculately clean and the management was very helpful with protecting the privacy of my confidential reservation information as a domestic violence victim. My overall rating of this hotel is a 10/10.

There was no security officer on the property and no bible in the hotel room but very understandable due to different ethnic religion's and belief in the bible to include the need for security on the property.

AWESOMWE sHOWER and the accomidations were outstanding

Did not like the fact they would not talk cadh for the 50.00 deposit for incidentails
