Embassy Suites By Hilton Houston West - Katy

We arrived early and Van graciously made arrangements to get us checked in. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The only thing I could mention was the evening social. We arrived around 6 and the snacks were never replenished. Not a big impact on us but I’m sure the next 15 or so guests weren’t pleased.

The safe parking was nice. The staff for the breakfast service and at the bar were fantastic.

The hotel was not clean. There was random trash scattered about the hotel in common areas and the room was dusty and not really cleaned in a detailed way. The front desk staff was not good. Bad attitude, seemed generally unhappy and unhelpful.

Did not have a good experience. Fell extremely short of our expectations for Embassy. TV didn't work, room was smaller than expected, location was not good, and when asked for late checkout (honor member) they said no due to too many others check late.

Very friendly and their breakfast options are amazing!! This is our second time staying at this Houston location, that's how much we liked it!!

We woke up to a fire alarm at 3am that lasted pretty long! Going back asleep was hard, alarm and recorded message was loud inside the room. Room service took out of trash and did not restock our toilet paper, had to go downstairs.

Tears in carpet exposing rusty staples and nails in floor. Cold shower with no water pressure, bathroom door wouldn?t slide all the way shut, leaving no privacy in the bathroom, and the sliding door did not have a handle from inside the bedroom

The swimming pool and breakfast. They weren?t rushing at the time it was over and they kept everything stocked all morning. Everything was hot and fresh.

The room was outdated. The toilet in bathroom is in a akward place. Making it difficult to open door if people were in room cause they would see you when the bathroom door opens!

Some items in the room and booths looked a little rundown. Most Embassy?s have a waffle maker, this didn?t.

The room had a hospital smell. Almost like a patient with a colostomy infection stayed there before. It was worse when we turned the shower on. And we didn¿t even have a tub.

Great breakfast spread with an omelet bar.

There were blankets and pillows readily stocked in the room for the pull out bed.

Very clean ,professional affordable Breakfast is 2nd to none! Awesome Stay!

Large and clean room

Dirty pool, maybe 3-feet visibility underwater, and the water burnt my eyes and my son¿s eyes. No replacement towels for the room. Left voicemail with Housekeeping at 830pm and again at front desk at 1030pm, checked out next day, no towels.

Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hotel employee in housekeeping came right away and took care of the areas that were not clean in our room. She had a great positive personality!

The room was not as clean when we first arrived. Tub was dirty and let out couch had food inside of it from previous guest. On 3rd day I noticed that there were men underwear/socks left under desk in bedroom. Also I was use to having a larger living room.

The staff were great. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The daily happy hour was special.

No ice machine. The shower was inadequate. Low water flow

The food was amazing and the entire staff we were in contact with were very friendly and eager to assist. There was a wedding and a large family reunion during our visit and by 10pm the hotel was quiet!!

My room could have been a little cleaner. I might be a bit nick picky. The mirror in tge bathroom was visibly dirty. It would be nice to offer paper towels by the sink as a convenience.
