Not clean, breakfast was recycled from the day before (including eggs and other perishables), staff were not helpful or friendly.

The front desk staff have no respect for customers. I left my cell phone charger at the hotel and I have called to make sure they leave it at the front desk so I can go pick it up but no one can tell you where the housekeepers left it. This is being goiin

Our rent a car parked outside front desk, catalytic converter stolen in broad daylight!!! Guess it is the trend,no daily cleaning of room,minimal towels.Outdoor pool does not require key access,totally available from parking not visible from front desk.

The room looked great, upgraded and clean. Breakfast was great. The swimming pool was clean and the water temperature was nice.

Internet connection was terrible. The connection kept being interrupted. It was the worst internet connection I have ever experienced in hotel. The termostat would not let me increase the temperature

Staff was friendly.

Our original room smelled like smoke (situation was out of their control) they did not have similar rooms. They booked us in two separate rooms, close together- offered no inconvenience discount. Rooms were clean-ish. Hotel was under construction. Pool-ew

It's new & it had kitchen

Still construction going on, so the washer tap in front of bathroom only supplies hot water, that too boiling hot, also TV doesn't work, it just hangs :(

The room was very clean and spacious with full/furnished kitchen. Great for the price!

There are construction going on in and around the hotel, some sort of an inconvenience but overall, it was great.

Spacious, it was above my expectations, check in and out was quick and easy.. no hassles overall. Good one will go back again.

Room size

The hotel was very nice and had a new room smell. We enjoyed the private room vibe. We wish could have stayed longer.

The bed was comfortable. The size of the room was big enough for the price. Location was good, lots of restaurants around. Good selection at snack stations.

I would've given the 5 stars if it wasn't for the false advertisement. I booked this hotel after searching hours for one. I wanted something specific due to the fact that I never really take a day off from work. This one was 45 minutes away. I decided to take off on the Friday before Easter because I knew I wasn't going to be able to have a good weekend for personal family reasons so all we wanted was time away from home and relaxation. I just wanted to enjoy it with my kids (17, 5, 2). I chose to go with this hotel because on the website, it said it had a pool AND a jacuzzi/hot tub or whatever. Once we got there, there was only the pool, which the water was extremely cold that the kids didn't stay in for more than 20 minutes! 2 of the main reasons we chose this hotel, 1) for the hot tub and 2) so the kids can enjoy the pool for a few hours and we didn't even get to enjoy either! Very disappointing. Also, when I was checking in, the receptionist guy tells me that there is a $100 refundable deposit, which whatever it's fine, I just wish they would put that on their website so ppl know ahead of time. The 2 other things that bothered me was the sink clogs so that was annoying. And I wasn't even able to make my coffee in the morning because I don't think the freaking coffee machine was cleaned. Sad to say I won't be coming back here again.
