Holes in walls, neighbor was loud both nights his music was louder than my TV, TV cable kept going in and out

The room didn¿t feel are look to clean. Check in was slow considering only person checking on. The room needed to be updated.

I enjoyed this was a small hotel very quaint seemed personal I like the fact that they had a washer and dryer that was moderately priced I enjoyed the front row parking right outside of your door which is very convenient when you have a lot of thing

THEY ADVERTISE FREE BREAKFAST, BUT THEY DO NOT PROVIDE IT. JUST COFFEE.

So disgusting, there were sweat stains on the pillow case, the white towels where gray and sticky. There is no way this disgusting place is even a one star.. Too gross to stay even in an emergency.

It was nothing good about this place it had roaches in shower did not work had a foul smell in it pull out couch had big spots on it had no cover for the full else had to go buy a blanket

Free wifi, free parking, quiet at night, manager was friendly (including telling me about my flat tire!), continental breakfast had cereal, waffles, OJ, no fruit though. In-wall safe if needed. Air-conditioner worked fine.

Next to major thoroughfare so there was some street noise.

The staff was very helpful. I also really liked the security cameras in the parking lot. It made me feel very safe parking my vehicles there.

I accidentally reserved this hotel, really wanted to book for a second night at the Airport Scottish Inn, since I was staying there already for a night. I called the day before to explain my mistake and tried to get my money back. The staff I talked to was very short and said there was no refund, even though I had written to them when I made my booking to make sure that they understood that I was just adding another night. Their response then was to just call them. I was traveling overseas and that was not an option. Booking.com suggested I write to them as well, but I never even received an answer. The staff could have been at least more friendly and or helpful

Maybe just update the tvs in the room i brought my own but thats it it was still a great stay

The location was somewhat ok. I used a third party site to book the room so a little discount for the way overpriced room.

The woman at the front desk was acting like she couldn’t find my reservation. She said I didn’t have a reservation and I had to pay full price. Then once she found it she said I had to pay still. I kept insisting that I had already paid and I was not paying again. She kept repeatedly asking the same questions. Her main questions were, about who I was renting the room for. Because my spouse is black and I am white, she kept asking was I going to be staying in the room? Was I renting the room for the black man. I kept telling her I had paid and I really needed to get into the room. I explained to her if she didn’t hurry I would not be able to make it to the restroom and there was going to be a mess to clean up. Miracles !!! She finally sees I have already paid.As if the extremely long and hard check-in was not bad enough. We get to the room. Stale hot air. Ready to shower and lay down. The towels were so thin, if you held it up you could actually read through it! So interracial couples go somewhere else. People who need towels to dry on , go somewhere else. People who don’t want to pay twice, go somewhere else!
