- I never leave bad reviews but I did not like anything about this stay, this place is infested with prostitution, these are the type of rooms you book by the hour (if you know what I mean) the rooms are smelly, sheets and comforters are burned and stained (in a non-smoking room) the bed are super hard and uncomfortable, white towels are stained. Maintenance lady that was working on the morning of December 11th was super rude. I had a 3 night stay with 2 people on my reservation and their “standard” is 1 wash towel per room?!? She refused to give me another towel and starting talking trash like I couldn’t hear her, however the front guy in front service made things right and gave me one, he was great his kindness was probably the best thing about this place. I would not even recommend this place to the homeless. Please take your money a few steps down the street to Palace Inn. The rooms are clean and the staff (including housekeeping) is amazing!

No breakfast.
Privacy on a couple issues! 1. Shower head sprayed water all over the floor2. Water came out scalding hot or ice cold3. I asked the maid to not touch my bags when I asked for service. It was obviously moved. We all set are bags or mark our bags to see if they comply and they failed terribly and heard others say the same in the building.4. My room was also entered on another occasion when I didn't ask. I found a Marlboro cigarette butt on my floor. Was that poor cleaning from before or someone smoking un my room because u smelt the air freshener as well. Nice try!
ONLY THE SPA ROOM WAS WORTH THE MONEY AND IT WAS OVER PRICED.
MICROWAVE IN ROOM 115 DIDNT WORK SO KIDS COULDN”T WARM ANY FOOD UP, SHEETS ARE NOT CLEAN AND BED COVER AT BOTTOM IS FILTHY, NO MICROWAVE IN ROOM 215 WE MOVED FROM ROOM 117 TO 215 CAUSE ROOM 117 LIGHT FIXTURE BROKEN, THEY HAVE NO MAINTENANCE AT ALL AND WOULDN” T LET US HAVE ANY OTHER DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS WHICH ARE HOURLY FOR THE PROSTITUTION THAT GOES ON ALONG WITH DRUG DEALERS. ONE OF THE WORST MOTELS IN HOUSTON AND WE WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
No breakfast was offered. Location is okay.
ROOM: 214Cleanliness: inside door wasn't wiped down or cleaned. Floors wasn't swept or moped. Table, nightstands, headboard and entertainment center nor was the mini refrigerator cleaned or wiped.Bedding: the sheets were literally DINGY white sheets. They literally had a throw as a blanket with holes from CIGARETTES ? burns. There were only two pillows that needs to be replaced ASAP.Bathroom: The shower curtain had rips where the hooks go so the curtain hung loosely. The shower ? head was fixated mainly towards the wall and barely reached the middle. The sink had loose fixtures. There wasn't enough towels and were ALL dingy as well with discolored markings. ?Power Supply: no outlets near the bed to charge electronics. The door had no weatherstripping and you could see right under the door-giving gateway to insects, small rodents and possibly more. The door had no guard or reinforcement lock.Be mindful it was a late arrival for me so I had to deal with the consequences. Don't let the pictures on the website MISLEAD you.By the way, these issues is all FACTS... ✅
location, staff, consistent.
I’ve been staying here off and on as I travel to Houston, for a few years and I have no complaints.
it was behind a gate
the room I reserved isn’t the one I got and the jacuzzi tub was extra filthy
when the room I originally rented had a few issues they changed my room immediately without any problems! That made me very happy ?
the first room had issues that should have been noticed before booking it out like cable not functioning and jacuzzi tub not working!but they made up for it
good area space
sheets were dirty, shower curtain smelled really bad like sweat, would most likely not return
nice staff and close to work
smell of the room (smoking) pretty hard bed
date night gone wrong
almost every thing. could've been cleanier. cheap sheets, had to clean jacuzzi before use, the toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor, couldn't even walk through it. towels were stained.
The jacuzzi tub was great and I really liked having a timer I could set for the jets. We also loved that it was a corner room tucked back away from the other rooms a bit.
I booked it based on the photo of the jacuzzi tub that was attached to the room listing I chose (black and white tiled with rain shower above it) however that's NOT the one that was in our room. Ours was much smaller, not tiled, and no rainfall shower overhead (the one part of it I was really looking forward to experiencing). Next time I guess we'll have to specify in the notes when we book it.
None ogfered
The chairs were stained/filthyNo door knod on bathroom doorToilet seat brobenMattress should be thrown outStained sheets appearance of not washed slept on top of bed Shower slippery almost fell in showerThe A/C was greatUnless you staying for 1 hrs with a hooked and like it dirty stay here .
Location was perfect for where I needed to be.
Gave me upstairs when requested downstairs. No cold water. Hot showers are nice but not when get burned
Room was clean, spa was big and just as pictured on
The managers were nice enough
I stayed in the jacuzzi room suite and it was dirty. When I first got there I told the property manager that the room wasn’t clean - the bedding and the jacuzzi had a brown ring around it. He went in there and said of oh those are just stains they don’t come out. But my girlfriend and I ended up wiping everything down with Clorox cleaning spray, bleach and disinfectant spray, AND we stripped the bed and ended up purchasing new bedding from Walmart so that we could sleep comfortably . I also had to clean the jacuzzi out myself and when I was done you could visibly see the difference. Also the jacuzzi water would not stay hot. It would run hot for like 1 minute then go cold. I went to the night staff and he came to the room to feel the water temp he said he have someone look at it. We left to go eat and when we came back the water was still running cold but he said when the guy came to fix it, it was running hot. He then said in the morning to speak with the manager and I would get a 20% discount. Also the room stank like cigarettes, there was only 1 channel on the tv and it was a damn near a porno, and don’t get me started on the shower (which I refused to use). DO NOT LET THE PHOTOS THEY POSTED FOOL YOU.
Easy in and out, clean room, mostly quiet
Soap cracked, old, too small, same with Shampoo
It was everything they said it was and great location nice neat and clean
