I loved the room, and how you can check out on the TV.

I didn't like the lack of access to streaming services on the TV. I really wanted to binge on netflix

Great location with easy access to get around in Houston. I did not catch the name of the person who checked us in, but he was very friendly. Modern, clean room.

The pool area didn?t seem to receive regular cleaning, but was still nice. Noise canceling window shades would be nice. If your are placed in a room facing the highway and are a light sleeper, good luck because the traffic is loud and does not stop.

Location is good and it looks nice and new with a nice lobby.

Only things are the 610 noise. Also they need to get fitted sheets to fit. It's came out during the night and it was a little upsetting.

i got there a bit after 2 pm to check in and drop my bags off i was told check in was at 3 and that there would be a 50 dollar charge if i wanted to go to my room 50 minutes early really seemed ridiculouse

The amenities for the price are exceptional! This hotel is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and easy access on and off the highway.Staff was extremely professional and friendly and the room exceeded my expectations.

Location is nice, facilities are new and clean, the staff at front desk was nice and comprehensive.

Shower could be a bit bigger, but no big deal.

i was in town for business and all of our business partners stayed in this hotel. everyone had a great time. The only issue was the highway sound outside of the window. Maybe they can add different type of windows.

The breakfast was wonderful. Loved the pool and the room was very comfy and clean. The front desk also accommodated us and got us on the 2nd floor because of an elevator phobia.

The only critique is that the stairs can't be accessed from the 1st floor. I had to elevator up, then go down to let in my other person occupying the room because of the elevator phobia. So a key entry to thr stairs should be installed.

We didn't eat the breakfast but coffee was good. Stuffs are very helpful and nice.

Water pressure was SUPER low. Never stayed at any hotels has that low water pressure. (We had been staying at this hotel a lot of time before and it wasn't like this) The room we stayed wasn't that clean compare before. Also, people were smoking between the parking lot and the hotel building which smell really bad. especially we have kids.

I absolutely loved that the room had a little kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The lobby and bar areas were nice and comfortable, and they had an excellent selection of drinks and food in an area that was like a mini grocery store. I feel like this place was an excellent value for the money.

I arrived before my husband. When he checked in to get his key the person at the desk gave him the key to our room but told him the wrong room number, so he thought his key wasn't working and knocked on the wrong door, waking up a poor woman trying to nap. Mistakes happen, and this little incident would in no way impact my decision to stay here again. In fact, we think this might be our hotel of choice when we need to come to the Galleria area again.

No housekeeping during the time I stayed for 4days. Water pressure very weak couldn’t even brush my teeth in the bathroom sink. Tv doesn’t have much to offer. Requested maintenance many times cause toilet was overflowing and took over a hour to come.

Breakfast was great although when the hotel is full, people will likely struggle for space during breakfast

I thought the cleaners were restrictive and choosy with what they want clean and cart away. I noticed they refused to touch papers and empty boxes discarded in the room. Lastly the cleaners hardly speak English and that might be a challenge with communication
